and today we are going to be doing a little challenge that you may or may not know, the Backwards Words Challenge

so if you don't know what the challenge is basically what we're going to be doing is giving each other words

then we have to try and say those words in reverse

and we're going to record those and play it backwards to see if it sounds as normal as possible

if that doesn't make sense, then you'll catch along as we start doing it but Anthony, why don't you go ahead and give me the first one
