字幕表 動画を再生する 英語字幕をプリント Here are my top five time-management tactics. Number one is work smarter not harder. You can dig a hole with a spoon or you can dig a hole with a shovel. The end goal might be the same but one sure is a heck of a lot easier. Increase your efficiency so you can decrease your workload. Number two is get organized. Create a schedule that works for you and stick to it. “Either you run the day, or the day runs you.” (quote by Jim Rohn) Number three is avoid multitasking. Distraction is the enemy of productivity and multitasking is just intentional distraction. Focus on one thing at a time and you’ll be amazed at how much more you get done. Number four is schedule time for recovery. The faster you drive a car, the sooner you need to stop for gas. Take the time to relax and refuel and you won’t have to worry about running on empty. And number five is don’t be afraid to buy your time back. We become so used to trading our time for money that we forget it works in the opposite direction too. Free up your time so you can use it on the things that only you can do. Did I miss your favorite time-management tactic? Comment down below.
