Today, at this restaurant, you actually get to wear, like, a yukata.

And eat amazing sushi; i just can't wait to try that out!

Now some of the sushi they have here that I'm definitely looking forward to is the tuna.

ここのお寿司の中でも特に楽しみにしているのが、マグロです。

They have it very fresh, straight from Tsukiji Market.

築地市場から直送された新鮮なものです。

So, the cool thing about this place is when you order matcha, you actually get to make it yourself; they give you all the tools to do it.

この店の素晴らしいところは、抹茶を注文すると、実際に自分で抹茶を作ることができることです。そのためのすべての道具を提供してくれます。

So I'm gonna do it right now; this seems awesome!

There's something on the menu called the Edo Tower that seems pretty crazy, so...

メニューには江戸タワーというものがあり、かなりクレイジーな感じがします...。

待って、ここでみんなに見てもらいましょう。

This Edo Tower here.

こちらの江戸タワーです。

Take a look at this; this is the Edo Tower.

これを見てください、これが江戸タワーです。

I mean, this thing is huge; it has shrimp, it has salmon, it has, uh, tuna in here that they cut fresh.

エビ、サーモン、マグロなどが入っていて、新鮮なものをカットしています。

And they prepared it all right in front of us.

しかも、目の前で準備してくれる。

So, I'm gonna go ahead and give this a shot.

それでは、早速試してみたいと思います。

The texture is really smooth and it's really, really, kinda, like, buttery.

キメは滑らかで、本当に、ちょっと、バターのような感じです。

And it's kinda just dissolves in your mouth.

そして、口の中で溶けていく感じです。

It is really good!

とてもいい！

Now, I'm gonna try the salmon because... Victor already tried the tuna, obviously, and I think this salmon looks amazing.

さて、私はサーモンを試しますなぜなら... ビクターはすでにマグロを試しているので、このサーモンは素晴らしいと思います。

You don't even need to bite, chew; dissolves in your mouth.

噛まなくても、口の中で溶けていく。

Next up on the menu, a tuna steak served volcano style, with real flames coming out of the top.

次のメニューは、マグロのステーキで、上部から本物の炎が出てくる火山スタイルです。

This gives the meat a nice roasted taste while keeping it savory and tender on the inside.

そうすることで、肉の中は香ばしくて柔らかく、ローストしたような味になります。

The taste?

お味は？

Perfect!

完ぺき！

After that, a rainbow sushi, Edo style.

そのあとは、江戸前のレインボー寿司。

Here we have, like, sea urchin, which is called uni in Japanese.

ここには、ウニがあり、これは日本語でウニと言います。

Uh, I love Uni; it's very... it tastes like the ocean.

海のような味がして、とても好きです。

- I don't know how to pick this up. - Tastes like the ocean?

どうやって掴めばいいのかわからない。- 海のような味？

And the result is...?

その結果は...？

I think it's pretty sweet, very creamy, the oceany flavor is not too powerful.

かなり甘くて、とてもクリーミーで、海の香りが強すぎないと思います。

Perfect!

完ぺき！

I'm gonna have some more!

もっと食べたいです！

- Wow, look at this. - All right, this is the Maguro Tataki.

これを見てください。　これはマグロのたたきです。

That looks nice, wow!

I wanna try just... just that, actually!
