Now I've made quite a few videos like this already, but I haven't made a video where I specifically targeted dry or oily skin type products just before I start this video.

My skin used to be dried throughout the year.

以前は1年を通して肌が乾燥していました。

However, when I moved back to Australia in the summertime, my skin became really oily.

しかし、オーストラリアに戻ってきて夏になると、私の肌はとてもオイリーになってしまいました。

So it actually changed the combination skin.

だから、実際にコンビネーション・スキンを変えた。

So my T zone was super oily but my cheek area was still a little bit dry.

そのため、Tゾーンは超オイリーでしたが、頬の部分はまだ少し乾燥していました。

Now it's winter in Australia and my skin has turned dry again.

今、オーストラリアは冬ですが、私の肌は再び乾燥しています。

When my skin was oily, I had to change around the products I was using to match my skin type at the start of the year, I was in Japan quite a lot.

オイリー肌だった頃は、年明けに日本にいることが多かったので、肌タイプに合わせて使う製品を変えていました。

So whilst I was there I picked up quite a lot of new items to try out.

そこで私は、新しいアイテムをたくさん手に入れて試してみました。

Unfortunately, it does take me quite a long time to make one of these videos because I really want to test at the products for a couple of weeks before I can recommend it to you guys To the items I'm going to be showing you guys are the ones that really saved my skin during the summer.

今回ご紹介するのは、私の夏の肌を救ってくれたアイテムです。

First item is the Doctor Ci.

最初のアイテムは、ドクターCiです。

Lebo, Lebo, Lebo, super chiana lotion.

レボ、レボ、レボ、スーパーキアーナの化粧水。

This item is a must have for oily skin when you open it.

開封するとオイリー肌には欠かせないアイテムです。

It does have a light citrus sense but it's not really irritating, it's quite calming actually.

軽い柑橘系の香りがしますが、それほど刺激的ではなく、むしろ落ち着きがあります。

It seems like in japan they call toners lotions.

日本では化粧水のことをローションと呼ぶようです。

Hence why this is a lotion but it has a consistency on a toner.

そのため、化粧水なのに化粧水のような粘り気があるのです。

I apply it by soaking a bit of the product in a cotton pad and then gently wipe this on your skin, avoiding the eye and mouth areas.

私は、コットンに少し染み込ませてから、目元や口元を避けて、これを肌に優しく拭き取るようにして塗っています。

This item is very lightweight and your skin absorbs almost instantly.

このアイテムはとても軽く、肌はほとんど瞬時に吸収されます。

It leaves your face feeling so silky smooth but also moisturized at the same time.

Now this product really helps by removing the excess off your face as my teaser especially got so incredibly oily by doing this.

この製品は、顔の余分なものを取り除くのにとても役立ちます。私のティーザーは、特にこの方法で信じられないほど油っぽくなってしまいました。

The product allows the other products you put on afterwards to stay on your face longer without sliding off quickly.

It does dry out your face quite a bit, so if your skin isn't too early, then just apply this on areas where you need it.

顔がかなり乾燥するので、肌が早すぎないのであれば、必要な部分にこれを塗るだけでOKです。

One of the main reasons why this product works so well is that it removes the excess characterized skin, which is protein build up caused by dead skin cells and that causes blocked pores and acne problems.

この製品が効果を発揮する大きな理由の一つは、古い角質によって引き起こされるタンパク質の蓄積であり、毛穴の詰まりやニキビの問題の原因となる、余分な特徴のある肌を取り除くことです。

So if you have oily skin, that could be a problem for you because for me, when my skin is oily, I'm more prone to breakouts now because this product does dry out your skin quite a bit, you must moisturize your skin after using this item.

オイリー肌の方には問題かもしれません。私の場合、オイリー肌だと吹き出物ができやすいので、この製品は肌をかなり乾燥させてしまうので、使用後は必ず保湿をしてください。

But seriously, this item really say to my skin during summer.

でも真面目な話、このアイテムは夏の私の肌にとても合っています。

So it's a must have for oily skin.

オイリー肌の方には必須のアイテムですね。

Actually had the semi high goal to chicken charcoal bar soap.

実は、鶏炭の固形石鹸を作るという半端ない目標がありました。

Now I recommended this soap in a previous skincare video but it works really well for acne.

この石鹸は、以前のスキンケアビデオでもお勧めしましたが、ニキビにとても効果があります。

The main ingredient for this item is charcoal.

このアイテムの主成分は炭です。

The chapel has purifying properties that helps remove impurities from your paws to even at your skin tone.

チャペルには浄化作用があり、足についた不純物を取り除いて肌の色を均一にしてくれます。

It also has properties to brighten your skin tone as well.

また、同様に肌色を明るくする特性もあります。

When I feel like there is just so much oil collected on my face, it just feels really dirty and I want to wash my face ASap one way to get rid of all really quickly is just to use some soap.

顔の皮脂が多くて汚れているような気がして、早く顔を洗いたいと思ったときには、石けんを使うのが一番です。

What I like to do when I use this soap is to use a wet foam net a rabbit against the soap until it lovers.

私がこの石鹸を使うときに気に入っているのは、濡れた泡立てネットをウサギに当てて、石鹸が好きになるまで使うことです。

And then remove the firm from the net, massages around your face, especially on those areas that are more oily.

その後、ネットから取り出し、顔全体をマッサージしながら、特にオイリーな部分をマッサージします。

The soap absorbs dirt built up on your skin and also exfoliates, leaving it very smooth.

この石鹸は、肌に蓄積された汚れを吸収し、さらに角質を除去してくれるので、とても滑らかな肌になります。

It removes the excess oil and see them on your face, even though the soap does wash away your sores on your face, it doesn't dry up your face at all.

余分な皮脂を取り除き、顔にできたソレを石鹸で洗い流しても、顔が全く乾燥しません。

I feel like the most gentle way to wash your face is by using the phone that instead of rubbing the soap on your face directly.

石鹸を直接顔にこすりつけるのではなく、スマホを使って洗うのが一番優しい洗顔方法のような気がします。

Plus you can use the soap on your body.

さらに、その石けんは体にも使えます。

As I heard, it's really good for back acne as well.

聞くところによると、背中のニキビにも効果があるそうです。

And the great thing is this soap is really inexpensive.

そして、この石けんは本当に安いのが嬉しい。

It's about $4.50 for a set of three, so it's like a dollar 50 each in japan.

3個セットで4ドル50セントくらいだから、日本では1個1ドル50セントくらいかな。

Next item is the cost a soft chemo or free black sheet.

次の項目は、ソフトケモナーや無料のブラックシートの費用です。

Of course if you have excess oil on your face, blotting paper is going to be your best friend.

もちろん、顔に余分な油分がある場合は、あぶらとり紙が一番の味方になるでしょう。

This blotting paper is by far my most favorite blotting paper I have ever used.

このあぶらとり紙は、今まで使ってきたあぶらとり紙の中で最も気に入っています。

You use the lighter side and gently wipe it around your face.

軽い方を使って、顔の周りを優しく拭いていきます。

The sheet darkens as it absorbs the excess oil on areas that have more oil.

皮脂が多い部分の余分な皮脂を吸収すると、シートが黒くなります。

I like to lightly press the blotting paper for a few seconds so it can absorb.

ブロッティングペーパーを軽く数秒押して、吸収させるのがいいですね。

The product contains double sea mud powder, which helps it absorb more oil on your face.

ダブル海泥パウダーを配合しているので、顔の油分をより多く吸収することができます。

There are no fragrances or powder in this product.

香料やパウダーは一切使用していません。

As you can see from the blotting paper, it has taken off so much oil of my face but it doesn't leave it feeling really dry.

このあぶらとり紙を見てもわかるように、顔の油分をたくさん取ってくれているのに、乾燥した感じがしないのです。

After blocking my face for a few seconds, I can already feel a huge difference.

数秒顔を塞いだだけで、すでに大きな違いを感じることができました。

The packaging is also really small, so it's really convenient to carry around in your bag with you.

また、パッケージも本当に小さいので、バッグに入れて持ち歩くのにとても便利です。

Next item is a rosette cleansing paste.

次のアイテムは、ロゼットのクレンジングペーストです。

This item is a cleanser, but the product comes out as a clay consistency.

このアイテムはクレンジングですが、製品はクレイのような粘り気で出てきます。

However, when you level the product, it turns into a phone when I love this product.

しかし、製品を水平にすると、この製品を愛用している時の電話に変わります。

Once again, I'm going to be using the foaming net, massage a product into the wet foaming net until it ladders nicely and then remove the foam from the net, spread it evenly over your face and massage around for a few seconds, then wash it off with some warm water.

今回も泡立てネットを使って、濡れた泡立てネットに製品をきれいに泡立つまでマッサージしてから、ネットから泡を取り出し、顔全体に均等に広げて数秒マッサージしてから、ぬるま湯で洗い流します。

This cleans the skin as it goes deep into your paws to remove impurities.

肉球の奥まで入り込んで不純物を取り除くので、肌がきれいになります。

This item actually comes in different kinds and the green tube, which is the one I've got, is for deep cleaning.

このアイテム、実は種類があって、私が持っている緑色のチューブはディープクリーニング用。

The pause, which is great for those of oily skin.

オイリー肌の人には嬉しいポーズ。

It doesn't contain any fragrances color or mineral ores.

香料、着色料、鉱物などは一切使用していません。

So it's great for sensitive skin.

だから、敏感肌の方にもおすすめです。

From my experience.

私の経験から

This item works extremely well with removing your of your face, however, it does make your skin feel quite dry afterwards.

このアイテムは、顔の汚れを落とすのに非常に効果的ですが、使用後は肌がかなり乾燥します。

So if you don't have really oily skin, I honestly would not recommend it.

だから、本当にオイリーな肌でなければ、正直言ってお勧めできません。

Even though the product does say that it doesn't dry out your skin, I personally think it does.

製品には「肌を乾燥させない」と書かれていても、個人的には「乾燥する」と思っています。

So I would only use it a few times a week when my skin felt more earlier than usual.

そのため、週に数回、いつもより肌の調子が早いと感じたときにだけ使用していました。

Next we have the cannibal suicide Beauty clear powder wash.

次は、人肉自殺のBeauty clear powder washです。

This item is so popular in Japan, it's one of the top selling products so you can find this in almost every single drug store you walk into in Japan.

この商品は日本でも人気があり、売れ筋商品の一つなので、日本のドラッグストアに行けば必ずと言っていいほど置いてあります。

What I like about this item is that it's so compact.

このアイテムで気に入っているのは、とてもコンパクトであること。

So this is great for traveling.

だから、これは旅行に最適です。

You can easily throw this into your skin care back and take as many as you need with you as you can just discard it after you've used it inside.

中身を使った後は捨てるだけなので、スキンケアバックに気軽に投入でき、必要な数だけ持っていくことができます。

One of these little parts is some powder which would turn into a phone when you lather it up with water, you actually don't need that much water for this to work.

この小さなパーツの1つは、水で泡立てると携帯電話になるパウダーですが、実際にはそれほど多くの水は必要ありません。

I typically like to just wet my phone unit and that would be enough, remove the foam from the net and then massage around your face, particularly around areas that are more oily.

私は通常、携帯電話の本体を濡らすだけで十分なのですが、ネットから泡を取り出してから、顔の周り、特に油分の多い部分を中心にマッサージします。

This item contains enzymes to exfoliate, remove the poor clock, dead skin cells and excessive um of your face.

It also contains lactic acid and hyaluronic acid, so it exfoliates but also hydrates your skin.

Plus it also contains ingredients such as tofu extract and raw jelly extract to brighten the skin.

What's great about this item is that it's so gentle on your skin and leaves your skin feeling so much more smooth.

このアイテムの素晴らしいところは、肌に優しく、肌がサラサラになることです。

Next item is kyoto premium mask tea flour from lulu.

次のアイテムはluluの京都プレミアムマスク茶粉です。

This item is so affordable and it's also really good to travel around because of its packaging.

このアイテムはとても手頃な価格で、また、パッケージのおかげで旅行にもとても適しています。

It comes in a resealable bag so it keeps your masks moisturized without using much packaging as they are all inside the bag.

再封可能な袋に入っているので、袋の中にすべてのマスクが入っているため、包装をあまり使わずにマスクの潤いを保つことができます。

This mask has green tea in it, which is really good to come back to oily skin.

このマスクには緑茶が入っていて、オイリー肌に戻るにはとても良いです。

The mask is very gentle, color free and has no mineral or isn't it?

このマスクはとても優しく、無色で、ミネラルが入っていないか、そうでないか。

So it's great for people with sensitive skin.

だから、敏感肌の人にもおすすめです。

Lead the mask on for about 5 to 10 minutes and then taken off and massage the rest of the product on your face.

5～10分後にマスクを外し、残りの製品を顔につけてマッサージします。

It leaves my skin feeling so soft and moisturized, especially after the cleansing.

特にクレンジング後の肌はとても柔らかく、しっとりとした感触があります。

The product has kyoto fuji green tea leaf extract as an ingredient which makes your skin feel so smooth afterwards.

この製品には、京都府産の緑茶葉エキスが配合されており、使用後の肌がとても滑らかになります。

There are also green tea flower extracts that improves your skin elasticity, as well as green tea seed oil, which moisturizes your skin.

また、肌の弾力性を高める緑茶花エキスや、肌に潤いを与える緑茶種子油などもあります。

I guess the only complaint for me with this mask is that the area is a bit too small.

このマスクの唯一の不満点は、面積が少し小さすぎることかな。

It's so much more smaller than all the other face masks I've used in the past, which is a good and a bad thing.

これまで使ってきた他のフェイスマスクに比べて、良い意味でも悪い意味でも、とても小回りが利きます。

Good because it does cover more of the surface area on your face, but bad because it is quite tight around this area because it's so small.

顔の表面積をより多くカバーすることができるので良いのですが、この部分が小さいのでかなり窮屈なのが悪いところです。

Next we have the concept takes a clear whitening mask.

次に、コンセプトは「クリアホワイトニングマスク」です。

This is one of those peel off masks.

これはピールオフマスクの一つです。

It does hurt a little bit, but trust me, it's not that bad.

少し痛いですが、信じてください、そんなに悪いものではありません。

Now, I just want to say when you use this product, be careful.

さて、この製品を使うときに言いたいのは、気をつけてほしいということです。

Don't put a thick layer on because it would take forever to dry.

乾くのに時間がかかるので、厚塗りはしないでください。

Just put on a thin, even layer around your face.

顔の周りに薄く均一につけるだけ。

This product claims to brighten your skin by removing dirt within your paws and washing the dead skin cells, which causes dull skin away.

肉球内の汚れを取り除き、肌のくすみの原因となる古い角質を洗い流すことで、肌を明るくするとしている。

It tightens your pores to help prevent morse, even forming with oriental plant extracts like red woolen tea extracts, apply all over your face and then wait about 20 minutes for the mask to dry.

毛穴を引き締めてモールスを防ぐことができます。赤毛茶エキスなどの東洋植物エキスで形成しても、顔全体に塗布した後、マスクが乾くまで約20分待ちます。

Once the mask has dried, start peeling it off from the size it's a mask has dried, it should come off in one clean piece as you can see for me.

マスクが乾いたら、マスクの大きさに合わせて剥がしていくと、ご覧のようにきれいに一枚にまとまって剥がれます。

I did have one patch where it was still a bit wet so it didn't come off when I tried to pull off the mask, so just make sure that is completely dry.

私の場合は、まだ少し湿っていてマスクを外そうとしたときに外れなかった箇所があったので、そこが完全に乾いていることを確認してください。

I could really tell the difference after using this mask as it brightened my face as well as reducing my blackheads.

このマスクを使用した後は、顔が明るくなり、毛穴の黒ずみも軽減されたので、違いを実感できました。

Next is a professor cleansing.

次は教授のクレンジングです。

This is a makeup remover that's really amazing.

これは本当にすごいメイクアップリムーバーです。

Now, what's great about this product is that it's very convenient for lazy people because you can actually take off your makeup and you don't have to wash your face after using this product.

さて、この製品の素晴らしい点は、実際にメイクを落とすことができ、この製品を使用した後に顔を洗う必要がないので、怠け者にとって非常に便利であるということです。

So it's great for those of you who don't want to spend too much time on their skin care routine.

そのため、スキンケアにあまり時間をかけたくない方にもおすすめです。

Put a product on a cotton pad and then use it to remove your makeup.

コットンに製品を含ませて、それを使ってメイクを落とします。

As you can see it removes my makeup really quickly.

The product contains moisturizing vitamin C and lactic acid, which helps exfoliate dead skin cells.

It also contains hyaluronic acid which keeps your skin moisturized.

The item helps removed it that is still trapped in pause, but it is really gentle.

You don't have to wash your face after using this product.

But I prefer to anyway, just because I would run a double cleanse to make sure I really get all the makeup and dirt of my face properly.

Now this item actually has different types but I chose someone that's good for combination and oily skin.

Next is a high level super hyaluronic acid.

This item is a moisturizer and it locks in the moisture to keep your face hydrated.

It will leave your skin feeling really doing.

It has quite a thick consistency but it isn't oily or greasy at all.

Your skin absorbs it really quickly and my skin is left feeling smooth and healthy afterwards.

The moisturizer has four different types of hyaluronic acid which really helps with hydrating your skin, something I feel you have to do after you use product to get rid of the oils on your face.

このモイスチャライザーには4種類のヒアルロン酸が配合されていて、顔の油分を取り除くために製品を使用した後にしなければならないことである、肌の保湿にとても役立ちます。

I find this item is perfect for me in the summer, but I just want to say that it's moisturizing but it's not enough moisture if you have dry skin but perfect if you have combination oily skin final item is a carrot, a cordial.

私はこのアイテムが夏の私にぴったりだと感じています。ただ、乾燥肌の方には保湿力はありますが、潤いが足りないと思いますが、混合オイリー肌の方にはぴったりです。

I'm sure all of you guys have heard of this product already because of its popularity.

この製品は人気があるので、皆さんもすでに聞いたことがあると思います。

This item works really well with removing dirt and you're dead skin particles of your face.

このアイテムは、顔の汚れや古い角質を取り除くのにとても効果的です。

Now I find out with this product, I use it a lot more during the summer, but in winter when my skin is dry, I don't use it that much in summer.

今、この製品でわかったことは、夏場はたくさん使いますが、肌が乾燥している冬場は、夏場はそれほど使わないということです。

I find that because of all the oil and dirt built up on my skin, my skin tends to feel a lot more dirtier.

肌に油分や汚れが蓄積されているため、肌が汚れやすくなっていると感じています。

So typically I would use this item once every two days and my skin will feel so clean and amazing afterwards.

このアイテムを2日に1回使用すると、肌がとてもきれいになって驚きます。

In winter, however, I feel like I don't have that much excess oils on in winter.

ところが、冬になると、そんなに余分な油分をつけていないような気がします。

However, I feel like because my skin doesn't have too much excess or built up on my face.

しかし、私の肌はあまり余分なものや顔に蓄積されたものがないので、そう感じるのです。

The product isn't really effective.

製品の効果はあまり期待できません。

Use it by pumping out just a bit of product on your hands, make sure your face is dry and then apply all over your face.

使い方は、ほんの少しだけ手にポンポンと出して、顔が乾いているのを確認してから、顔全体に塗っていきます。

But avoid the areas.

でも、エリアは避けてください。

Just massage the product around and you will start seeing these particles form, it's kind of gross but really satisfying to see after that you just wash your face with some warm water.

製品をマッサージすると、粒子が形成されていくのが見えてきます。それはちょっとグロいですが、本当に満足のいくもので、その後はお湯で顔を洗うだけです。

The great thing about this product is that it doesn't dry out your skin and it is incredibly gentle.

この製品の素晴らしい点は、肌を乾燥させず、驚くほど優しいことです。

The product contains 90% revitalize hydrogen water and natural plant extracts such as aloe vera and rosemary, which are great hydrating products.

リバイタライズ水素水が90％、アロエベラやローズマリーなどの天然植物エキスが配合されており、保湿効果は抜群です。

This item is just not limited to your face.

このアイテムは、顔に限らず

You can use it on your body, your arms, your legs, whatever it just leaves your skin feeling so smooth and it's a great base for your skin care routine.

腕や脚など、全身に使えます。肌がとてもなめらかになり、スキンケアのベースとしても最適です。
