Here are three polite ways to ask for a favor.

ここでは、丁寧なお願いの仕方を３つ紹介します。

One way is, "Would you be able to" plus a verb.

１つ目は "Would you be able to" + 動詞です。

"Would you be able to help me move into my new house?"

新居への引越しを手伝ってくれますか？

"Would you be able to walk my dog?"

犬を散歩を任せてもいいですか？

Another way is "Would you mind" plus a verb in the -ing form.

もう１つは "Would you mind" + 動詞の現在分詞形（-ing）です。

"Would you mind helping me with this report?"

このレポートを作るのを手伝ってくれますか？

"Would you mind lending me your laptop?"

ノートパソコンを貸してくれませんか？

We can also say "Could you please" plus a verb.

また、"Could you please" + 動詞と表現することもできます。

"Could you please help me with my homework?"

宿題を手伝ってくれませんか？

"Could you please drive me home?"

家まで車で送ってくれませんか？
