So recently I have been trying something new.

I've been working a lot, and I've had a lot of.

仕事をしていて、たくさんのことをしてきました。

I've got a lot of students that I have to teach English to.

英語を教えなければならない生徒が多いので

I have to make homework and I have to do all kinds of things.

宿題を作らなければならないし、いろいろなことをしなければならない。

It's quite a busy life.

なかなかの忙しさです。

Being a teacher is a lot of your life is revolved around working.

教師であることは、あなたの人生の多くが仕事を中心に回転しています。

I've been trying to find a good work life balance, so that's finding that kind of balance where you're working the right amount that you should be, and you're also kind of balancing it with the amount of free time you have.

私はワークライフバランスを考えてきたので、自分のあるべき姿であるべき量の仕事をしていて、自由な時間の量とのバランスをとるということですね。

So I've been scheduling things.

だからスケジュールを組んでいたんです。

I've been finding some time where I work, and then when I have my free time when I schedule myself to have some free time, I've then been making sure that I do something which I enjoy.

仕事をする場所に時間を見つけて、自分のスケジュールを組んだ時に自由な時間がある時に、その時に自分が楽しいと思えることをするようにしています。

So, for example, I enjoy cooking, so I'll make sure that I have some free time at some point during my day to do some cooking.

なので、例えば料理をするのが楽しいので、日中のどこかのタイミングで自由な時間を確保して、料理をするようにしています。

Or maybe I'll go out for a walk and enjoy the sun on a sunny day or maybe I will read a book.

晴れた日に散歩に出て太陽を浴びるとか、本を読むとか。

There's all kinds of things that I do in order to maintain a good work.

良い作品を維持するためにやっていることはいろいろあります。

Life balance.

ライフバランス。

This is something which I also think you should relate to your English learning If you learn too much, if you take in too much information, you won't remember it all, and you'll probably get quite stressed out.

これは、私もあなたの英語学習に関連するべきだと思うことですが、あまりにも多くの情報を取り込んでしまうと、すべてを覚えられず、かなりストレスが溜まってしまうのではないでしょうか。

Now.

It's important that you managed to have some fun at the same time.

なんとか楽しく過ごせたことが大事ですね。

Maybe you find English learning fun, but you can't just rely on learning English and doing nothing else.

英語学習が楽しいと思っているのかもしれませんが、英語学習だけに頼って何もしないわけにはいきません。

You also have to be able to find a good balance.

また、バランスの良さも求められます。

You could learn some English, learn some vocabulary.

英語の勉強にもなるし、語彙力も身につく。

For example.

例えば

Do some learning for an hour or have a lesson with me for one hour.

1時間の学習をするか、1時間のレッスンを受けてみましょう。

But then don't go straight into learning more English.

でも、それならば、もっと英語の勉強をしたいと思って直行するのはやめましょう。

You need to have a break.

休憩が必要です。

Make sure you have free time.

自由な時間を確保しましょう。

So, yeah, everything is all about finding a good balance to stay motivated.

やる気を維持するためには、バランスが大事なんです。

You don't want to get tired from working too much, so it's all about finding that perfect work.

仕事をしすぎて疲れてしまうのも嫌なので、その完璧な仕事を見つけることが大切です。

Life balance.

ライフバランス。

So I want to know what do you do to maintain a good work?

Do you have any hobbies?

What do you do when you're not working?

And are you able to find that free time so you can have a good balance?

A good work?
