  • and today were talking all about four foods to never eat

  • and these are things that you know are

  • rampant in our food chain

  • and whether we're eating processed foods or not these are things that we really

  • need to

  • look for so first and foremost aspartame

  • nutrasweet any of those artificial sweeteners

  • these are always found in diet gum so sugar-free gum

  • diet sodas or pop and should absolutely be avoided the reason being is that

  • they're called excitotoxins and what excitotoxins do is they actually

  • make the brain cells over fire and our nerve cells

  • over fire causing a lot of harm and

  • I am convinced this is linked to cancer an increase in cancer rates

  • and also diabetes so as much as you know diabetics are told to have these

  • sugar-free products with aspartame

  • and the other sugar-free sweeteners it actually causes a backlash effect on the

  • insulin levels so

  • not recommended please do your research don't just take my word for it

  • and stay away from these artificial sweeteners there are some

  • you know healthy ones that exist out there like stevia that is totally fine

  • but aspartame and the chemically based ones should absolutely be avoided

  • next on the list MSG so monosodium glutamate now this can be hidden in so many foods

  • on the label you may not see MSG but it could say

  • monosodium glutamate it could say glutamate, yeast

  • extract, hydrolyzed protein natural flavor

  • textured protein calcium caseinate

  • idolized yeast these are all different lingo for the same thing for

  • MSG

  • which again is another excitotoxins so has the same effect as aspartame

  • not healthy for ourselves its a flavour enhancer it's in

  • most processed foods and should absolutely be

  • avoided at all costs next on the list is titanium dioxide now titanium dioxide

  • is found in a lot of supplements out there

  • and this is when I started to research about how supplements were

  • made in the formulation for Vitatree supplements

  • I was shocked at how many supplement companies out there were using a lot

  • of these synthetic ingredients that actually have negative consequences for our health

  • titanium dioxide is a great example and and when you really do the digging

  • you'll find the information and what I found was that

  • it is listed among the five most carcinogenic

  • substances on the planet and this is from the American Cancer Society

  • so not something that we should be exposed to an especially not ingesting

  • it so

  • please do check always check your supplement labels check the extra

  • ingredients so the non medicinal ingredients, it needs to be listed

  • on your labels and really there shouldn't be anything

  • really listed there. Here at Vitatree we don't use any of the synthetic

  • nutrients or fillers in our supplements and that's what sets Vitatree as a

  • company apart

  • from all other supplement companies and we also do not use magnesium stearate

  • which is next

  • on my list of foods to never eat now magnesium stearate is a flow agent

  • that supplement companies

  • well put into or supplements to allow for the product to run more quickly on

  • the machinery so this cut down production times

  • and is more cost-effective while it's not something that should be ingested

  • magnesium stearate

  • can cause a lot of stomach irritation and it is in most

  • supplement so if you have supplements at home I can almost guarantee on a label you

  • will find magnesium stearate

  • even if it says vegetable grade it is still not a natural substance

  • should absolutely be avoided that's one of the things again we don't use here again

  • Again do your research check your vitamin labels

  • stay away from process foods as much as you can and live a healthy life in what
