Actually, I'm not really getting up too much today, but it's a very normal day.

実は今日はあまり起きていないのですが、ごく普通の日です。

Very chill day.

とても寒い日。

So lately I've been keeping a much stricter schedule s every Sunday before the week really starts, I'll go through and like, really plan out my week because before that, I really, really stressed because every week I would, like, wake up every day like, Oh, God, what am I gonna do today?

だから最近では、毎週日曜日の週が始まる前には、かなり厳しいスケジュールを組んでいます。その前には、一週間の計画を立てます。

Well, it's like a big old mess in my head.

So I'm trying a strict to schedule, to try toe, make it easier on myself because sometimes I'll be doing something I'm like, Oh, but I should really be doing this.

And I'm like, not in the schedule.

It says that you don't have to do that till Thursday.

And it gives a bit of orderto life, which which is really helping me.

人生に秩序を与えてくれるので、本当に助かっています。

So to start off the schedule today, I'm gonna be heading to the gym.

さて、今日の予定は、まずジムに行ってきます。

Got my workout clothes on.

運動着を着てきた

I go to the gym about three days a week on it is great for my brain and from my body.

So gonna go to the gym to start off with.

I'll do my emails and all that stuff.

After that, I'm thinking maybe of possibly going to karaoke.

I'm doing some solo carrier because I really want to go on.

It's really cheap, and it could just be really fun time.

本当に安くて、本当に楽しい時間になるかもしれません。

Okay, it is time to go to the gym at my gym.

さて、そろそろ私のジムのジムに行く時間です。

They don't allow filming, so I'm gonna try to be sneaking on my phone, but there's not that much to see.

I'm just gonna be really sweaty head into the gym waiting for the train.

There were two trains today.

When I get to the gym, I drink my water.

Two meals usually have salmon and I'll Pan sear it and I'll have it with potatoes.

I think I feel like Rice E guess I'll do extra rice because I'll have this for two meals.
