This is the first time I've come to Mt. Takao

高尾山に来たのは初めてです。

I've been looking forward to it!

We are on the lift on the way back down the mountain

It was a gorgeous day

The weather was perfect

And I think we came at the perfect time to see the fall leaves

そして、紅葉を見るには絶好のタイミングで来たと思います。

The leaves were just beautiful

And this lift is really friggen scary when you're going down

そして、このリフトは、下に降りるときには、本当に恐ろしいです。

If you're scared of heights this might not be for you

高所恐怖症の方には向いていないかもしれません。

But Mt. Takao was so beautiful, I totally recommend it if you're in Tokyo

でも、高尾山はとてもきれいだったので、東京にいるなら絶対にお勧めです。

It was about an hour out of Shinjuku

新宿から1時間ほどのところにありました。

So not that far out

そう遠くない

Yeah the Keio Line comes straight here

そう、京王線はここにまっすぐ来る

The fall leaves at Mt. Takao will look their best

高尾山の紅葉が見頃を迎える

from the middle of November until the beginning of December this year!
