I remembered an impression that I did, I forgot all about.

and notice I got this." now I'm in the zone.

I was, like, "Dude, I was [Bleep] 8 years old."
I was, like, "I bet I was great in 'Jaws.'"
-I must have been amazing in "Jaws."

that you get mistaken for "Larry the Cable Guy."
-I've been mistaken for --
we all know "Larry the Cable Guy" right?
-Yeah, absolutely. -"Git 'er done!"
-"Git 'er done!" Yeah, he's funny. Yeah, he's great.
-I've been mistaken for him about three times,
which is a lot of times. [ Laughter ]
To be mistaken for "Larry the Cable Guy."
-I have a photo of "Larry the Cable Guy."
I do not see any resemblance at all.
[ Laughter ] -I get it.

-You -- You get that? -I totally get that.
-Yeah, do his pose. let me see.
-"Git 'er done!" -No, that's not.

-I get it, my hip, and here's an interesting thing,
I wonder this because I think about this.
This is an interesting kind of philosophical question.
-Go for it. Go for it. -I've been mistaken for
"Larry the Cable Guy," right? -Uh-huh.
-Do you think anybody has ever mistaken
"Larry the Cable Guy" for me? [ Laughter ]
That doesn't seem possible, does it?
[ Laughter ] Nobody's like, "Hey, man,
are you the guy from 'Big Fat Liar,' dude?"
are you the -- and nobody's going to do that.
-Yeah, yeah, yeah. -Why is that?
-That's so interesting. -Isn't it?

I'm going to ask him. I'm gonna find out.
-Is he going to be on the show? -Yeah, of course,
he's allowed to come on our show.
[ Laughter ] He's not banned anymore.

-He's the best. I love "Larry the Cable Guy."
-Do you ever get -- you ever meet anybody
and get star struck, Paul Giamatti?
-Uh, geez. I would have to --
well, you know, I -- one time I was doing a film
and I was going to be -- I did a movie called "Duets"
a long time ago. -Oh, Gwyneth Paltrow.
-That's right, Gwyneth Paltrow. -Huey Lewis.
-That was -- yeah. that's, yeah.
[ Cheers and applause ] -We have a couple of fans.
Couple fans. -Is that for Huey Lewis
or the movie? -No, that was for John Mayer
and Andy Cohen. -Okay, I got it. Okay.
[ Laughter ] I've earned it.
-Yeah. -Yeah, and I had to sing in it.
And so they -- you know, probably reasonably thought
we were going to have to dub this guy in.
So I remember I went to the session where I was going to
have to meet the guy who dubbed me in.
Anyways, nice, kind of good-looking young guy.
-Yeah. -And I was, like,
"Wow, you're awesome and you sing."
He said, "Yeah, I do a lot of jingles.
I'm the Folger's Coffee guy." [ Laughter ]
[ Audience ohhs ] I was, like, "Holy [Bleep]
you're the Folger's Coffee guy?" [ Laughter ]
I was, like, "Wait, wait a minute."
-What? Hold on. -"I was dubbed by
the Folger's Coffee guy?"
and I was, like, "Just do it dude." he's like --

-That was the best. -I would have freaked out.
-You sound like the guy. -I should -- dude,
I should be the new Folger's Coffee guy.

this is the best -- -I was really thrilled, man.
That was actually a real thrill, by the way.
-And did he do your voice in the movie?
-No, he didn't end up doing my voice.
-No. -I can't sing. but he --
[ Light laughter ] -It would have sounded weird
if you -- -The point to the role was
a guy who doesn't really sing. -Can you lip sync?

and I'll be the Folger's guy voice.
