And yet in the moment you remote, your emotions sort of welled up on you.

Can you Can you talk about why do you think that happened the way it happened tonight when you heard your name?

Because I love the game of basketball.

You know, you can hear people say things like, Oh, that it was likely that I was going to go number one, but I guess you don't know until you actually go through it and you're hearing my name calling.

I was able to make it on stage without a tear, shake the commissioner's hand, but in the interview on Mom's Standing beside me and my emotions just took over just a follow up.

How much responsibility do you feel to the people that have been there for you up to this point to the people that are going to pay attention to you now, and particularly to yourself as the number one pick not just drafted into the league, but the very first player of this class?

Um, I don't see as much responsibility like I love, I love the game and I love the wind.

So whatever the team needs me to do, I'm willing to do it because I feel like people remember winners.

Everything from what he's taught you with the year that you've had that could possibly make the transition to the MBA just a little bit easier for you.

Um, just be myself and trust myself because that's what got me this far.

And I mean, just continue to do that while haunting my other skills and just can't keep my love for the game.

What excites you the most about the roster you're going to join, especially playing with young, watery picks like Brandon Ingram and Wanda, especially, um, what excites me the most is the fact that they're young and, you know, like there close to my age, so they can, like, help me a lot more like with how to deal with this transition.

Um, and I made Duke and Coach K's just telling me that I can keep up the hard work and I can leave after this year.

You see yourself stepping into more of, ah, leadership role right off the bat because you've been so anticipated as a figure in college and even high school.

Um, but I think about doing that after also, like understand my teammates and understand what their heads right, because I think if you're not on the same page and things don't usually go well, so the thing is just a matter of us coming together, making the same goals and just willing to win, I think we could do something special.

Um, guys, Not sure.

I think that I get labeled, says get labeled.

So I think that people just trying to lay with me and I don't think is that seriously?
