This is the Pentagon.

It seems that we have a problem of the first order.

- Well, what's the problem?

Someone is stealing all the firsts everywhere.

- Well, who would do such a thing?

- We have no clues yet sir.

whoever's taking all the firsts.

- By dressing like the number one, sir?

So when the thief comes for number one

you jump out and get him.

- Yes sir.

- Now send in the other numbers and go hide.

- You got it, Mr. President.

- Good.

- Move, move, move, move, move.

- Now, to put Elmo's presidential plan into action.

Well as anyone can see, number one is the first number.

(grunting)

- Hey.

You're President Elmo.

Not the number one.

- Yeah, and you're number two.

You were the thief all along.

- That's right, I stole all the firsts.
