  • Hi guys.

  • Welcome back to my channel.

  • I just actually finished doing this live session with Rida from Waddling Beauty about one a one wash.

  • And I was so inspired to share kind of my learnings with you guys because I have been doing wash for a while now.

  • I just think it's section amazing way to just get familiar with your face.

  • Starts working your muscles, relieving a lot of tension that we have in our faces and our next that we don't even know a lot of these fine lines here and here and here are all connected.

  • So what?

  • A lot of people have tension on their shoulders and their next This is the result.

  • It's for me, very empowering to know that I do have control kind of premature aging and to make sure that I do it the proper maintenance for my skin.

  • So let me share with you what I've learned from one student to another one.

  • Yes.

  • Have you ever had a dreams that that you you had Okay, watch one on one.

  • But three tools that I have at the moment are this court's Roe Sports washing pool from Kora Organics and this one that I got online.

  • From what?

  • There's a lot of shapes for the stones.

  • A kind of old have different structures that could be very helpful for different things.

  • But also, if you only have one, you can make it work for every kind of facial exercise.

  • But wash up.

  • So what I'm gonna do is first start, I'm gonna clean it, by the way, just to show you the result.

  • This is a sign that I have done wash on just during the slide.

  • And this is the side that I haven't.

  • So I don't know if you notice it's obviously slight difference, but to me it's so noticeable how this is so much more lift what Washington, as basically is drains kind of extra fluid.

  • A lot of the times when we have these Aggie chin, a lot of it is actually water retention.

  • So just gonna draining it and doing just different motions to stretch the muscle a little bit release It is all you need to kind of get your skin looking glowing and beautiful and avoid premature aging.

  • The easiest way to start It's kind of moving from the neck and shoulders to the rest of your face.

  • So as I mentioned, this area is important.

  • Don't neglect it.

  • Well, you need to start to wash.

  • A ritual is just oil.

  • I'm using the cut.

  • Oh, no, she didn't.

  • Why is this happening?

  • Right?

  • Be very careful.

  • If you do get washing, that's a natural stone.

  • They break so easily.

  • This is number three Wash stone.

  • That is, I have one.

  • So all you need to do is to make sure that you are using in oil moisturizer their water based that don't really have this like lighting effect, which is what you want to make sure that you have.

  • You want to make sure that is heavier, Product that you can layer on your face and make sure that you don't tug the skin.

  • I'm going to actually, we apply the oil, and I'm gonna do only one side guys.

  • Because this one it's already go.

  • Okay.

  • So when you're ready to start, you take the stone and you start from the back of your net.

  • Do you really want to make sure that you are receiving the tension and the pressure?

  • This feels so good.

  • The end of every day.

  • This is something everyone should do.

  • So just like when you go and get a massage, you could kind of choose the kind of pressure you want a pliant and you can also do the same here.

  • I have necklaces right now, so it's annoying.

  • But even like getting the pressure off here once you are, then with the back of your neck, you come to the front and you kind of do the same thing here.

  • Actually, the pressure for me goes more lighter.

  • I again don't want to tuck skin.

  • This is an area, but it's pretty sensitive.

  • I mean, this is kind of the first place you see aging.

  • What I like to do is just gonna go a little more gentle.

  • So this motion, when you go up, it's for lifting.

  • And then if you want to go down, that's for draining.

  • Each movement should be repeated between 5 to 10 times face on what Rita recommends one of my favorite movements and something that I see a huge difference ride after I do it is the job definition.

  • So for me, with this core heart, we have this kind of the shape here which fits perfectly into this area.

  • But if you have a still that's more like that, I mean, the original shape it waas.

  • Basically, what you're gonna do is use this area here and then do it here.

  • So the number one mistakes that I've been doing is there to mistake There was doing.

  • I was applying too much pressure and then I would also hold it, not properly.

  • So the proper way to make this don't work to your benefit is to actually have it almost flat against your face.

  • So I actually used to do it like this, and it's supposed to be done.

  • Look at this.

  • The pressure could kind of be a little bit more than you will apply on the rest of your face.

  • So I get ran over a soon as my face gets touched.

  • So I'm not a good example.

  • But for any of you is not a sensitive and there's me.

  • If you do get bread from it, it means that there's too much pressure.

  • You went too hard.

  • Once we're done here, we're gonna move to kind of this area.

  • So something at that I like to do it well.

  • This is also perfect kind of weight to define this area.

  • The cheekbone is I use this C and I started from here and so brittle also mentioned that you want to hold your skin because you don't want that pulling effect so you can use your fingers to help and kind of create that stretch without it tugging on your skin.

  • If you again don't have the be in your stone.

  • What is also super easy to do to define a cheekbone is to take a flat one.

  • Once you figure out where is your cheap put on your face.

  • You basically do this that way, you're gonna train this area, stretch it, and this gets more noticeable and defined.

  • We're going to start getting into the area and this is the most sensitive and then area for us.

  • So we want to make sure that we are very mindful and very gentle.

  • From what I understood, the pressure that you want to apply on it.

  • It's kind of more off the pressure of the stone rather than anything more aggressive than that.

  • So it's really kind of more gliding it across.

  • This will help with Like I see it.

  • I see it right away.

  • I don't know if I'm just like it's a head or you let me know we're gonna move one area that I feel like it needs to be addressed because this is what creates that 11 wrinkle situation on the forehead.

  • I take that beating and I couldn't go over the brow.

  • And it's so good when the stone is a little remember basically flat on your face.

  • Now, to give kind of a little bit more work here, kind of food these lines out and then we're gonna move to a fortune.

  • So with the forehead is the same type of thing you want to go the lifting off the ground.

  • I see the difference.

  • A few questions that I feel like popped on my live.

  • Was that First of all, how do you clean the washer stone?

  • All you need is soap and water, very easy.

  • And you just kind of let it dry to make sure that it actually doesn't fall and slip your hand when you wash it, Do put it in like a cloth or something.

  • That is better for Griff.

  • You want to avoid this and then another question.

  • Waas at what point do we use it on?

  • So I actually use my nighttime routine.

  • My night oil goes last, so I'll use it washed out.

  • Dan, some people like to do it separately, so they'll kind of wash your face with some miss other face that put boil and then to the washing ritual.

  • And then if the oil is not too heavy, you can put the rest of your skin care.

  • But I find that for me doesn't make sense to with products on top of oil.

  • I like to kind of do the opposite through my routine, which doesnt consists of a lot of things.

  • And then just finish it with oil and do the massage.

  • You know, if you have any other questions, I'm happy to share all of this with you.

  • And thank you for watching.

  • See you next.

Hi guys.
