I'm from Minneapolis, Minnesota, and I also plan on concentrated in CS. My name's Kabira from Mumbai, India, and I also plan on concentrating CS. I'm a freshman. I just love that they're all from such three very different places. How did you guys meet? We all should live on the same floor, rear roommates. And then you're setting together grinding talks about your project. All right, so this is Ah, duty multiplayer game. Basically, it's studio. Yeah, And we tried to be with Java script, which was a challenge, I would say, but basically just to talk a bit about it and the gameplay you're controlling a spaceship in ah to D map and you have to shoot out of asteroids and other players floating around. And so it's Yeah, it's fine. So I think we should try. So here is I'm gonna I'm gonna type of my username hit play. Well, it's the other. The magic works, I guess. Don't explain the game. Yes, we move around with a w A s t like standard, just computer like key move strokes. And then you press space bar to shoot. Objective is to stay alive and get the high score, which you can show the leader board like a bottom left corner. We're all, like, really close to each other. We're not shooting each other just like demonstration purposes, but you shoot by pressing the space bar. So, like, here, I'm gonna shoot the asteroid. Well, quick. And so it's like, eventually it's gonna break up into smaller pieces. Do you want to not? Do you want to kill each other way? Do we do want to kill each other? You were just your Yeah. Yeah, So as you can see, we can see we have a small medium up so you can find all the play years which are playing with you at the same time. And now we have the three laptops connected at the same time. So as you can see, we're all basically connected to the same server. Now, I don't know what's going on, but potentially we can skate these so that then so Rhonda's a player can connect at the same time. And so that's also one of things we want to do in the future. So to make, maybe more like server, so that if there if there is a high number of players, they can all connect at the same time and they all together and would be really fun. I have to say I think this is the first multiplayer game I've seen that, um would you say that? Added another level of complexity, implementing multi clear? Yeah, sort of complicated to get it to work like in real time with all three of us connected scene like where the other players are. And yes, we use, like know Js for the server. And then can you get that like a high level description of what? No guest doesn't have a eso? No, Jess uses Java script. Thio run like a simple Web server, so I think I have the reason. You know, we really wanted to highlight some projects. This is the first year that 50 offered different tracks in the last two p sets. Instead of going to live lectures, there were reported lecturers on IOS android app, game development as Woz addition to had for several years that allowed more students like yourself. Branches? Yes, really explore that interest. But I think it's pretty impressive that you guys were able to do this. Learn this on your own. And I think you talked about where you could go with this further so you could release it to the Harvard student population. That that's the goal. Right now we've been trying it out. People seem interested and yeah, and maybe in the future, some other people will join in. We find some proper roasting because right now we're hosting the game on the CS 50 i d. But then in the future, if this actually gay instruction and we can improve it a bit, we can actually find a proper toasting to reduce log and so on. So I think that way One of the other girls in the future I like that you're thinking about the future. Thank you very much. You guys all right?
