  • So today we're using three beans, and these are our personal favorites.

  • Basically, we've used a can just for convenience sake, but if you want to use the soaking method and boiling method that works absolutely great as well, there's approximately a cup and 1/2.

  • We have one can of Washington drained black beans in one can of garbanzo beans washed and drained.

  • If you want to go a step further, you can actually stop the beans and use it even healthier.

  • So to this, we're gonna add some budgies.
