  • We are doing by simple ways to be healthier.

  • I'm gonna show you five simple substitution is that you can make with your go to foods.

  • So let's get to it so we could start with the obvious of them all white bread.

  • White bread does more harm than good to the body.

  • It provides a way too much calories and very sure nutrients.

  • So if you want to use bread, always go for whole grain.

  • But when you really want to cut down on the calories and bring a little more nutrients in there, I love including cucumbers as my base for sandwich.

  • So here I'm just making a little turkey roll ups with cucumber.

  • You just with your favorite ingredients.

  • Put a little mustard mayo, catch up whatever makes you happy, and you roll it.

  • Cucumbers are low in calories and a great source of vitamin C, K and potassium, and especially if you are watching your weight.

  • This is such a great and easy way to make a lean sandwiches full of goodness.

  • Another version is using a lettuce.

  • I'm sure you've heard of lettuce wraps at those air great also win the summer season.

  • Now a lot of barbecuing, So swapping your regular burger buns for some lettuce is women nutrient, unless calorie heavy so you can put your being burger, your beef burger, whatever burger you eat and go get it.

  • The next easy swap you can make is cheese, so I'm not saying you don't need to be cheese.

  • But unfortunately, like many other things, we over consumed cheese and this constant person that puts cheese on everything.

  • So if you want to cut back a little bit, nutritional east is my go to I put it on popcorn and put it in salads whenever I want a little cheesy taste to it.

  • It is an amazing source of B vitamins.

  • The next swab that is easy to make is creating a healthier pizza.

  • So I love pizza, and there's nothing wrong with eating the regular pizzas that you can order anywhere.

  • But we want to avoid eating too much of it because it is, though, and it breaks down really quickly and actually makes our blood sugar spikes.

  • So here's a healthy version that I like to make with the whole wheat tortilla.

  • It's whole grain, which makes it high in fiber, and it breaks down slower and doesn't cause blood sugar spikes.

  • The next thing that I like to use a lot in my house is a Mayo Classic Male from the store is full of preservatives and unnecessary ingredients.

  • You won't believe how easy it is to make homemade want this.

  • Mayo has only four ingredients, and it will last up to 10 days in the fridge.

  • I love adding garlic to it or chili flakes.
