  • This is Beth of cooking and crafting.

  • Today we are making cheesecake topped brownies U two's best for creative things.

  • I'm going to be using one and 1/2 sticks or 3/4 of a cup of Unsalted Challenge brand butter.

  • I'm also gonna add in one cup of granulated sugar, one cup of brown sugar that ISS CNH brand.

  • We're going to cream this until it's nice and fluffy.

  • I am going to be in four eggs and one and 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla.

  • I have preheated my oven 2 350 degrees on dhe.

  • I have cluttered very well.

  • A nine by 13 pen.

  • You can use either a nine by 13 or 28 by eight and this fool here.

  • I combined one cup of help, her best Bob's Red Mill flour, as well as 3/4 of a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.

  • I used your A deli brand and then ah, half of a teaspoon assault.

  • Now you can either go ahead and do this by hand at first until the inky ingredients get wet or moist or started on a very, very low speed.

  • So that you don't need a dust and then go ahead and beat it in thoroughly.

  • We're gonna go ahead and put this into our prepared pan, and we are going to bake this for only 15 to 17 minutes because we are going to be adding on a second layer to this and then cooking it even further.

  • But I had a tiny little taste of this batter, and these are going to be some awesome brownie.

  • All right, 15 to 17 already.

  • Put a block of cream cheese challenge cream cheese in to the bowl.

  • So this is the 2nd 1 So 28 ounce packages off softened challenge cream.

  • Jeez, 1/2 of a post sugar and we are going to just let that blend until it's very well mixed.

  • I scraped down the sides.

  • Now I'm going to add two teaspoons of lemon juice, going to mix, ending really well, and we're going to add two.

  • We're gonna make sure that that very well, and this is gonna finish just as our oven is going to boot and we'll bring out being bronies.

  • I have melted ahead of time right here.

  • One out of some sweets, chocolate I'm sure that you do it at half power on started every 15 seconds on 30 seconds.

  • You really good, right?

  • So if you can see it's still not cooked all the way through.

  • That's because when we add this layer on, we're gonna cook it another or bake it another 20 minutes.

  • So well, it kind of sunk in there in the middle.

  • This has to be actually spread over even the So let's see if we can recover.

  • So you just want to go ahead and you wanna make little pockets of chocolatey goodness with this chocolate that we've melted and then you want to go in with your knife and you want to go ahead and well, it wiggle it back and forth so that you can marble.

  • I used to be okay, cream cheese through the brownie.

  • So I'm gonna go up and down, and then I am going to go.

  • It's like decide.

  • All right, 20 more minutes.

  • The smell absolutely divine.

  • So the minute that they cool down and I'm able to cut into them, we will taste test.

  • These brownies are absolutely delicious.

  • I did have to throw the man and make them a little bit longer.

  • So make sure that you double check and triple check to make sure that they are cooked before pulling them out of the oven.

  • Other than that, these are the best brownies I think I may have ever tasted in my life.
