The first thing I'm going to do is on my boneless chuck roast. I'm going to put a teaspoon of this house seasoning, which is one cup of salt. Yes, 1/4 cup of black pepper and 1/4 cup of garlic powder all mixed up. I'm just gonna use one teaspoon and I'm gonna put it on both sides of this roast. You're also supposed to add a teaspoon of salt and 1/2 of a teaspoon of black pepper. So I'm just going to add in just a tiny bit more of this and we're gonna move over to the stove and we're going to see this so we'll be right back. I would insert on both sides. I have the oven already created to 350 degrees on. I have my roasting pan ready because when we're done with that, we're gonna put this into the roasting pan and we'll add a few more things. Sorry, I'm using my or green. So all I did was I just sprayed a little bit of cooking spray in there. But if you're using a regular skillet, make sure to put in about two tablespoons off oil. We're going now. Put the rules into the town on in in here, which was really supposed to have the oil. So I'm gonna need just a tiny bit of the oil to help it along. We're gonna add this is gonna spit. So I don't know. You probably don't want to do that way. Have one onion that has been thinly sliced and three crushed close of garlic on We're just going to just push it, um, lately around for just a little bit. And then we're going to add that into our road Two bay leaves along with this, the onions and the garlic. To that hand, we're gonna move over and create gravy to start with a tablespoon of beef bully in granule. We're also gonna add in can of clean mushroom, 1/4 cup of red wine. You don't have to add it if you do not drink wine. It does not matter, man. We're gonna add in two tablespoons of work Worcestershire sauce and 3/4 cup of water if you want to make it a nice rich gravy. You can probably go ahead and make sudden with milk instead. So I'm just going to add in water. Since I had already pre measured it and mixing it up, I'm gonna put it into my roast and we're gonna put that into the oven for at 350 degrees for anywhere between 3 to 3 and 1/2 hours. We're just gonna make this cooked to pieces. I'll be right back. I'm just gonna go ahead and at this on top of my roast and I'm gonna cover it. And in it goes Bam! The smells that was coming off of this thing the entire time that it was cooking was incredible. It is just going to be so delicious. I did cook it for just three hour, and, uh, it is I can cut it with a spoon. So it has been cooked almost sort of kind of two pizzas. And it looked so, so delicious. So hey, Gopala Dean's pot roast and joy. It's good, but it's salty.
