And today we're making a gluten free Obama made with rice sticks, and this is what we're gonna be using.
It says rice noodles over here, and we actually got were able to get these from the Indian grocery store.
But of course, it is non Indian product on dhe.
This is what it looks like, actually comes in two varieties that comes in the thick of our idea and the 10 a variety.
This is the final one to you for this particular recipe.
You do need that whenever I d.
And it looks like quite a lot.
But this is really good for serving for four people.
First thing we've done is we've got a pot of water boiling, turned the flame off, and you're gonna add the noodles to this.
Dunk it in.
Just make sure everything is soaked in and allow it to sit in the water for about five minutes.
So we have ah pan here with two tablespoons of oil heating up.
We're gonna add half a teaspoon of mustard seeds, quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/8 teaspoon of acid petito one teaspoon of Jenna Belle Quarter cup of peanuts.
Give it a little straight here and give those peanuts and Jenna Belle just a 32nd head start before we add one teaspoon accorded, though, and we're gonna let the dolls and the peanuts rose just a little bit until it changes color a slightly.
And once the peanuts have changed a little bit of color, we have slip green chilies to taste and one tablespoon of minced ginger, and we're gonna add in the rice sticks.
Sprinkle just little assault over the top and makes it through.
You can also use some tongs to help you move it around easier.
And basically you want to mix it until all the seasoning gets well incorporated into the noodles.
And finally, we can top it off with some fresh lime juice and give it a final mix.
It's a gluten free.
I stick my eyes ready and looks fantastic and so easy.
Yeah, we garnish it, of course.
Our standard cilantro coriander leaves on top, and it it was like it was like, you know, once you get going, the whole thing just gets done, you know?
So no roasting?
No, nothing key is to get everything ready.
Crept up and boom, boom, boom.
While the new routes are, you know, soaking in the water for five minutes, you can have everything else ready.
Mix it together and you don't have to be gluten and daughter.
Just enjoy this.

So, as easy as this recipe is, it can be disastrous as well, if you overcook the noodles.
So be sure when you get that water boiling, you turn off the stove and the noodles basically just soak in the hot water.
And really, five minutes is all you need any more than that.
And you're gonna get a mush here, so be careful.
You don't want to ruin your entire dish on that.
