So, this video is gonna all be about what happened in 2016 and what will happen in 2017.

First off, I would like to share a few moments from this year,

the proudest moments of 2016.

By far, the first one would be

when we crossed together of course the 100k subscribers barrier.

Oh, it's the YouTube play button inception.

And the second moment would be when I entered this studio

It allows me to create whenever I want,

film wherever I want, ...

or also to develop my secret projects. Which I am gonna tell you more about in just a moment

Still about 2016, I wanna share with you guys my 5 top videos I made this year!

The first one would be, I guess any episode from the tartine series, I really dig that series.

Second would be... 6 creative recipes with just a can of sardines.

Three, I would say any episode from the New York flog, the New York food vlog.

As you saw I made my own twist on the concept of "Vlog"

Because at the end I feel like it is more digestible to have small bites instead of a whole long lasting meal.

You know what I mean...

Food pictures! I know you would!

Four, I would say an episode from the knife series.

I know it was completely different than what you would expect like recipes, for example, but

It's very important for me to build a relationship with my favourite tool.

Which is THIS superb beast!

And 5, I would say the cheese platter I made very recently

Just because it's a new way of producing content as well in which I am tasting the food.

I feel like it allows you guys to virtually taste it

And that's pretty much what I wanted to say about 2016

There are so many things coming to this channel

It's very exiting! First off...

The series! So, I had many series in the past. Some of them are on-going like, for example, the tartine series

and the pizza series

But there are also new series coming to the channel.

Like, for example, the bread series. Also there is a "sous-vide" series coming.

You know that thing where I used the beer-cooler to perfectly cook a steak.

That was really fun so I want to push the concept further more.

And finally I've got this series I've been hiding from you

nothing, you've ever seen on YouTube...ever.

That's a bold statement right here, but I am pretty sure

You've never seen something like this.

You're gonna follow me just for a moment and I'm gonna show you what it's all about.

This... In this box...

Is what this series is going to be all about.

It's super interesting, I've learned so much, and I am sure you are gonna learn so much about it too.

The thing is, the only problem, and that's the next point...

I've got hundred of hours of footage that I need to edit to get it out

so basically
