possibility they will ask you: Why Amazon? Why do you want to work for Amazon? So we

need to make sure that you give them a genuine, honest and unique top-scoring answer. And

Thank you very much. So how do we answer the interview question: Why do you want to work

for Amazon? I'm going to give you 3 TIPS to help you structure a brilliant answer, and

then I'm going to give you my suggested top scoring answer to the interview question:

Why Amazon? TIP NUMBER ONE. My advice is to focus on the fact that Amazon is totally customer

centric in your answer. And that means you can then put your own customer service skills

to good use whilst working for Amazon. I would say… “I understand that Amazon is entirely

customer focused. I enjoy providing brilliant service, and therefore, I will be able to

put those skills to great use whilst working for Amazon.” Because Amazon, above everything

else, always focuses on providing brilliant service to its customers. TIP NUMBER TWO.

Amazon employs some of the most forward-thinking and intelligent people available anywhere.

And on that basis, if you work for Amazon, you can work as part of a BRILLIANT TEAM and

you will also be able to continually learn, grow and develop within the role. And that's

great news for Amazon! If they employ people who are willing to learn and develop, and

they are enthusiastic and they want to work as part of a team, that is brilliant news

for them. TIP NUMBER THREE. Amazon is a company that continually pushes the boundaries of

innovation, and on that basis, you would be very excited to work as part of a company

that is always LOOKING FORWARD, and it's exploring how it can best serve its customers. So Amazon,

as I say, always pushes the boundaries and introduces new products and services all of

the time. They are great for customers. That's why customers are abandoning the high streets

and they are shopping with Amazon. Because Amazon, basically number 1, provides brilliant

service. And number 2, it is always looking for ways to best serve its customers and give

them what they want. So, how do we answer the interview question: Why Amazon? Here's

a brilliant answer. “I want to work for Amazon because it is, undoubtedly, the best

company on the planet in terms of how it serves its customers. It is continually looking to

innovate and break into new markets; it always puts its customers first, and from what I

understand, it employs some of the smartest and most intelligent people available. On

that basis, I would get to put my own skills and qualities to good use; I would be supported

in the role and I would also get to work alongside a great team of people whilst doing something

I love, which is providing great service to valued and loyal customers.” That's a brilliant

answer to the interview question, Why Amazon? Pause the video and take notes of that answer.
