  • Thank you, guys.

  • I appreciate it.

  • Okay, let's get straight into it.

  • Question number one of your interview Tell me about yourself on why you are suited to this role.

  • This is guaranteed to be the first question to tips before I give you a brilliant answer to these questions.

  • Now, this is gonna be the first interview question on, In my opinion, it is the easiest to answer if you have no experience.

  • My advice is to use strong words and phrases that are attracted to the employer, the person who's interviewing you, so make sure you use strong keywords and phrases that resonate with them in a positive manner on.

  • I'll give you some in a second of what to say.

  • Tip number two.

  • Make sure you answer the question by focusing on the strength of your personality, your enthusiasm for the role on what has attracted you to their company.

  • Now I believe that enthusiasm Onda desire to work for a company far outweighs any kind of experience.

  • I would rather employ somebody who is enthusiastic, and it has a strong, positive personality, because then I can teach them in the role.

  • Okay, so there are some advantages to not having had any experience before.

  • So his my suggested answer to the interview question, Tell me about itself on while you're suited to this room.

  • I'm unenthusiastic, professional, loyal and hardworking person who has been working towards applying for this job for many months now.

  • Now I'm someone who believes their personality will be a big asset to an employer, not least because of my dedication to my work, my willingness to go above and beyond what is required, but also my hunger for learning and developing new skills.

  • I'm particularly attracted to your company because I want to work for someone who is ambitious, innovative and who gives their employees the opportunity to thrive.

  • I'm sure you'll agree.

  • That's a very strong answer.

  • If you have no experience, it's actually really good answer.

  • Even if you do have experience because you're being upbeat and you're being positive in your response.

  • And like I said before, if you stick around from beginning to end, I'll tell you where you can access these answers on to help you prepare fully.

  • Okay, Question number two.

  • Why should we hire you pretty much again.

  • Guaranteed to be on early question.

  • Join your interview.

  • Why should we hire you?

  • Two tips.

  • Tip someone make your lack of experience work in your favor, so use this is a strength until the panel.

  • You are fresh.

  • You're enthusiastic, you're hungry and you're ready to get started.

  • Now you want interview panel to hire you because of your passion for the job and how much you are attracted to their company.

  • Now, you therefore need toe have what is called a point of interest relevant to their company to talk about.

  • So I'm gonna give you a point of interest in the second, which you can use in any kind of job interviews.

  • So here we got.

  • Why should we hire you?

  • Here's my suggested response.

  • If you have no experience, I am the best person for the job because I have a great passion for this type of role and the skills to work to a high standard.

  • I believe job satisfaction comes from two things.

  • Firstly, it comes from working in a roll your skills are most compatible with, and secondly, it comes from working for a caring, enthusiastic and forward thinking employer like yourself.

  • Now, whilst researching your company, I kept coming across your innovative and exciting plans for the future, and I very much want to be part of them.

  • For example, whilst reading your website, I found out that one of your recent you product launches has been a great success with your customers.

  • I believe it would get a great sense of pride from working as part of your team that delivers excellent customer service whilst also striving to meet your company objectives time and time again.

  • Now again, that's really enthusiastic.

  • It's upbeat, and it uses positive keywords and phrases that will resonate greatly with the interview panel.

  • But that point of interest is significant, so you'll see it the second part there, I say, whilst reading your website, I found out that one of your recent product launches as being a great success.

  • So you are researching them and you're giving a good reason why they should hire you.

  • So next question, tell me about a time when you worked as part of a team to achieve a difficult task.

  • Now, this is one of the questions in addition to a customer service type which will come on to in a second, where people have difficulty answering it when they have no experience.

  • But I'm gonna give you a great answer today.

  • So two tips.

  • First of all, although you don't have any experience, you can still give a brilliant answer to this question.

  • My advice is to tell the interview panel the main qualities that are required to be an effective team member on also the benefits of a strong working team approach.

  • So if you know the qualities required to be a great team member, then there's no reason why you can't work as part of a team to achieve a difficult task.

  • And not many people know the qualities of effective team working, and I'm going to give them to you.

  • Also the second part.

  • Give them a non work scenario where you've worked with other people to complete a task.

  • Now this could even be a sporting event.

  • Something you've done home is part of a family family task or something else that you've done, where you have completed something and achieve something of success.

  • So when answering this question, focus on giving them the team qualities and then give them evidence of a non work related tasks.

  • So here's my suggested answer to the question.

  • Tell me about a time when you worked as part of team to achieve a difficult task.

  • Here we go.

  • First of all, I have a good understanding of the qualities required to be a strong team worker.

  • You need to be someone who can listen to the team brief carefully, then be capable of focusing intently on the team goal.

  • You should be able to support the other team members, but also be flexible in your approach to the task, in case you need to change direction on also work hard together to complete the task to the best of your abilities.

  • I can actually remember one team task.

  • I was very proud off.

  • I actually helped a couple of years ago organized a charity event in my local town and I was part of a team of five people.

  • Now we set the goal of raising £500 for local good causes, and my job is part of the team was to approach local businesses to race sponsorship.

  • I worked hard and demonstrated a resilient approach to the task.

  • It wasn't long before I hit my goal.

  • Once the actual charity event came around, we were already over the target amount.

  • Now the event proved to be a huge success, and I genuinely believe it only happened because of the strong team working relationship we had on our we all pulled together to make the event work so that could be used in any kind of scenario.

  • But the first part is really important is to say that you understand the qualities required to be a strong team worker on that would win it for me if I was interviewing you.

  • Okay, Next question.

  • Explain a time when you delivered excellent customer service.

  • Now again, a lot of people say to me, I want I'm applying for a customer service role But I don't have any experience of working in customer service howto answer it.

  • I'm gonna give you a brilliant answer to tips.

  • First of all, if you have no experience, obviously these type of behavioral interview questions can be harder to answer.

  • However, my advice is to focus when answering the question on these three things.

  • Tell the interview panel your understanding of what great customer service is, what the skills you have that will be relevant to delivering great customer service and, more importantly, your observations.

  • What I mean by that is over the years when you have observed people giving really good customer service on what you learned from that, so you can use this when answering any kind of behavioral interview.

  • Question.

  • When you have no experience, tell him your understanding of what it means, the skills you have in your observations.

  • Now the second part, the second tip, is tell the interview panel about the times you've seen excellent customer service throughout your life and how you would replicate the good bits that you witnessed.

  • So here's a great answer.

  • Explain a time when you delivered excellent customer service.

  • Here we go.

  • I am someone who understands the importance of excellent customer service, and I realize your business will not survive or develop if your employees don't deliver it now during my life.

  • So far, I've Bean, an enthusiastic observer of people who work in customer service rolls on.

  • I've witnessed by brilliant customer service and also poor customer service, too.

  • Based on the good elements of witnessed, I would always make sure the customer feels welcomed.

  • I would be polite and courteous at all times.

  • I would listen to their concerns and requirements, and I would go all out of my way to deliver the best service possible.

  • I would always focus on making their experience so good that they would come back to you time and time again.

  • A really strong answer to that question.

  • If you have no experience next question, what are your strengths now?

  • First hit?

  • This is your opportunity to showcase.

  • The strength you have that will be a benefit to their organization.

  • Are questions of this nature in an interview you on a level playing field of everybody else, okay, because you can really showcase your strengths.

  • Now my advice is to list the seven key strengths that are appealing to any employer, and here they are right now.

  • So these seven key strengths really appealing to anybody.

  • Throughout my life, I have consistently demonstrated seven key stretch.

  • These are on ability to work hard to complete any task, a desire and passion to do everything to the highest standards possible.

  • A desire to work as part of a team to complete difficult tasks.

  • A willingness to learn and develop continuously on understanding of the importance off and being open to change, having a positive attitude to everything I do and having a loyal, trustworthy and honest approach to the work that I carry out.

  • Now, I believe if you hire me, you will be impressed by my work ethic, my professional approach toe everything I do.

  • And if you gave me those seven key strengths, I would be very attracted to you as an employee.

  • Next question.

  • This is the opposite to what are your strengths?

  • Is what your weaknesses, which you will get asked during your interview.

  • Ever have any experience or not?

  • So, in my opinion, this is one of the easiest questions again to answer if you have zero experience, but make sure you only use a weakness.

  • That is not a match for the job description.

  • So, for example, if you're being interviewed and you're required to work with other people, is part of a team.

  • Don't say I prefer to work alone.

  • So use a little bit of common sense when coming up with one weakness.

  • The second part give a weakness that could be construed as a strength.

  • So here's a great answer.

  • And here's exactly what I mean by that.

  • Here we go, my weaknesses that I sometimes take on too much, and I find it hard to say no to people Now on occasions, this approach hasn't really helped me, as I simply can't let people down and then end up putting too much pressure on myself to do things for others.

  • But however I am learning to say no when the time is right now from a work perspective, I actually think this will be a strength, as I will always work hard for you.

  • Is my employer on?

  • I'll be honest at all times and I'll do everything to the best off my abilities.
