Inside of a traditional modern Japanese house?

So today I'm gonna give you guys a sneak peek inside this Tokyo housing center to visit a model home by heavily house Ah, popular homebuilder in Japan.

Main engines doesn't have your traditional door.

It actually has a sliding door.

Pretty dope.

This home is a two story, traditional style Japanese house designed for a family living with Grandma.

The first thing you notice when you enter is this tea room with a Japanese alco token.

Oma.

So this is the tea room.

Reason they haven't right next to the entrance is because they designed it for the grandma so that she can have a tea party with her friends when they come over to chat.

Isn't it cool that it has a built in teapot heater?

Ram was living the life, and this is kind of a cool touch.

It actually highs the air conditioning behind here.

And you have these, like bamboo events.

And this is a living dining room.

Washy wallpaper gives it a warm, crafty look.

This special little place.

It's called an end gala.

Japanese usually build this spot where there's a lot of sunlight so that people could just hang out all day.

This is a kitchen space.

What's different about them is that they have these little fish grills.

You pour water on here to prevent smoke and official from catching on fire.

Ingenious and I H doves are becoming more popular in Japan and check out this extra storage.

My girlfriend's mom uses this base for Japanese pickles.

This is the pantry area well as where they keep all of the small appliances.

So you have your microwave your oven in your rice cooker, full beer.

So in Japan they don't really have large ovens.

But what they do have are these microwave ovens, which allows you to mike away.

But also, if you have little dishes, you can use this as an oven.

Thing is, it won't fit a turkey inside.

And what's really nice is this terrace where you can just watch the cherry blossoms with your family, or just have a lazy afternoon with a glass of suck it Now This is one of my favorite a plant.

Is it all Japanese home?

It's a washing machine and dryer built into one.

All you have to do is put your clothes in here, and after 3 to 4 hours, everything is clean and dry, so awesome.

This is traditional style bathtubs in Japan.

It's made out of hay gnocchi.

Gnocchi gives up.

This really cool would incent.

It's almost like you're at a luxury on sand spa, But one of the best features about thes tugs is the electronics that is built into it.

Since Japanese take baths every day, this automatically fills the bath and maintains the water at your preferred temperature and level.

Also, this micro Ms Sano option has become quite popular recently.

This is a C control for the bath, and you can't even sit down.

This is the changing room, the real con style, right on flooring.

It's so dope perfect for wet areas.

Wow this school and check out this style.

It's a super old school.

You only see it in old Grandma's house is this wouldn't be a Japanese toilet without today, and this is a Washington or a K A grandma's room So this is Grandma's room.

What pretty cool is that it's all the Tommy floor.

This code tattoo in Grandma's room is a holy god.

If you look below, there's actually a hole here where you can set your feet.

So it's not just one flat tatami mat, which it makes sitting so much more comfortable.

But also it has one of these heating remotes, usually in a regular Kotite suit.

The heaters are underneath the table, but here you actually have the heater's on the floor.

Just makes the winter days so warm.

And check that out right behind me to my right to look how low the window is.

The reason that slow.

It's because when you're sitting down here, you can enjoy the scenery outside from sitting here.

Let me show you something else right next to me.

It is it's connected to the Angola just right behind me.

What's really nice to is at the storage is higher so that grandma doesn't hurt back when she's trying to get stuff.

She put her foot down and our blankets all right here.

And of course, it comes with this household shin daughter and a traditional family Buddhist altar.

Since this is a model home, they have all of these switches here.

But these switches are actually the floor heater, so all the wooden floors you see here are heated.

It's a hallway, and it's so warm and I love it.

Let's check out the second floor.

This is the second living room, which leads to a shared balcony connected to the kid's rooms.

And look how big this balcony is.

Yeah, so this is the master bedroom.

It's got a working space and a walk in closet, so that concludes a video.
