(upbeat music) I have a very different perspective on this. First of all, you'll never know. You will never know if someone's loyal. Second is, just because they are loyal today, doesn't mean they are loyal next week. So here's my take. Assuming no one is loyal. No one is loyal at all. People are loyal to their self-interests. So if you know what those self-interests are, if you could help them achieve their goals, you align your company's vision, mission, align with the individual's goals, whoever you're hiring, you'll have their loyalty. Because in their best self-interests, they helped you get to where you wanna be, because by helping you to get where you wanna be, they automatically get what they want. Good ole Zig Ziglar said, "You can have everything you want in life, "if you can help enough other people get what they want." So it is your job as the CEO, as the leader to figure it out. What is that your people want? When you understand that, then you don't care much about the loyalty, because again, they may be to loyal to a degree from this point, point A to point B, because it served their self-interest, but from point B to point C, they no longer serve their self-interest, then they're not loyal anymore. Don't get too hung up on that, and don't be so disappointed. I know, and me too the same thing, I'll be disappointed when someone backstab you and being disloyal. It happens; it's human nature. It's just the way it is.
