This is called paella.

これはパエリヤって言うんだよ。

Pies. - Pie-ee-ya? - Paella

- Pie-ay-uh. - Yes

So sometimes paella is just sea. And other times it might be land. And then other time it's mixed.

パエリヤは海鮮だけのこともあるし、山のもので作られることもあるの。どっちも入っていることもあるよ。

- Like this? - Yeah, that one's mixed.

- これみたいに？- そうだね。それはミックスだね。

So good. Aw man, the sausage is spicy.

メチャおいしい。あぁ、ソーセージが辛い。

In Spain, we call this leche frita.

スペインでは、レチェ・フリータと言うの。

- Leche frita? - Any guesses as to what that means?

- レチェ・フリータ？ - どんな意味か想像つく？

- Mmm, fried milk. - Yep

- う～ん。揚げミルク。 - そう。

If it was milk, it would be dripping.

ミルクなら、漏れるでしょ。

That's a very good point. So they get milk, and they heat it up, and they add flour and sugar.

すごく良いとこつくね。ミルクを温めて、小麦粉と砂糖を入れるんだよ。

And then it molds into a shape, and then they deep fry it.

それから形を作って油で揚げるの。

This is the best one.

これが一番。
