So, we arrived this morning in the city

and then we went to have some breakfast at Tim Ho Wan

so we had the Char Siu Pineapple buns they make there

and it was really crispy on the outside

and the meat on the inside is nice and juicy.

and so we had that for breakfast

and then now we've just checked in to our hotel

and then we're gonna go

karaoke

and then we're gonna have some lunch

we're gonna try and grab some ice cream along the way

and then we're gonna end the night with some nice French cuisine.

So, we got Bubblegum and Fairyfloss and Linh got Fairyfloss and Black Sesame.

Guys, they look nice

but they don't taste that great.

*laughs*

S: but we'll still finish it.

W: How's your ice cream Linh?

L: Too sweet for me!

So, we just finished having our ice cream and it was such a disappointment.

It was so sweet and it tasted artificial

and it was so floury

I think they did it on purpose just to make it stay in shape.

Now we're heading to karaoke

we're trying to relive our youth.

We use to go to the karaoke A LOT!

It use to be $10 unlimited

and you could stay there all day

so we use to stay there all day

but we haven't been there for ages, so we're just going to go there now.

We just finished our dinner and we're opening our presents!

This is one of our favourite breakfast spots

at this time of day, everything else is still closed

and this place is the only place that's open

luckily the food's actually really good here.

this is the perfect comfort food!

This is congee, it's like a rice porridge

and this one has some...

preserved egg

and some pork

and then we got some bread sticks to dip in it.

and it's really good!

Everything else arrived now!

so we got this...

rice rolls

and inside is pork floss

and there's another one of these

bread doughs inside this

it's really good and filling

and then we also got some pig's ears

and it's soaked in some chilli oil

so it's nice and spicy

it adds a bit of flavour

'cos these are a bit of cleaner flavours

so that gives a bit more flavour

and then that's a hot soy milk

it's what you drink for breakfast

and then we got a pork liver soup

Yum!

mmm...it's so good!

there's pickled veggies as well

I just want to say, if you've never had pig's ears before

you have to try it!

It's got this gelatinous chewy texture

and it's nice and spicy

and it's really tasty

you have to try it!
