I can wear my jacket and feel comfortable. So today I am going to meet up with my friend

Mari and we're gonna go to Skytree and we're gonna

see a few temples and possibly even go to a ramen bowl as they

call it. It's like this world competition or something

of ramen. Happens every year around this time and today

is the last day. So we might go check that out and I would

never be opposed to Ramen. So...

Yeah... I just need to get some cash at 7-11 first.

I have just arrived in Ueno station.

Now I have to find my friend the problem is, I do not have any internet connection, wi-fi

or anything like that. So I need to find some wi-fi if I cant't find

this particular cafe. Oh look at that, I think I found er. That's

the cafe. Now I just need to cross the street.

So we just arrived at Tokyo Skytree and... did you know this? It is the second tallest

building in the world. - No.

This surpassed, I think it was Tokyo Tower was the tallest until 2012

The main deck of Skytree is at 350m which is actually already taller than the tip of

Tokyo Tower. Which I can see over there.

Over there is Tocho (Tokyo metro gov building) and this is actually a stunning view right

now... of the city.

The mountains are nice and clear in the distance. However I don't think Mt.Fuji is visible today

unfortunately.

- We're on our way to get some sushi. So this is actually the first time I'm going

to eat sushi in Japan. Which is strange since I've been here for

5 days. I did have sashimi at the izakaya.

tiny plate. But it was worth it.
