Hi i am Rekha Ganguly. I am a fitness trainer. Lets do some bicycle crunches. Lie flat on
the floor with your lower back pressed to the ground,bring knees up to where there are
perpendicular to the floor with your lower legs parallel to the floor. Now simultaneously
slowly go through cycle pedal motion kicking forward with your right leg and bringing in
the knee of left leg. Go back to the initial position as you breathe in crunch to the opposite
sides as you cycle your legs bring closer your left elbow to right knee and exhale.
continue alternating in this manner.
