You have options like porridge, you have several porridge mixes today which are tailor made by lot of people even at home
and even commercially available in the market. Today you have lot of snack bars, you have
museli, you have oats. Other breakfast options would be things like legumes, salad made out
of legumes and pulses, sprouts. Today lot of people are going in for options like pancakes
which are fortified. You can always fortify things to increase the nutritional quotient
by adding flax seed powder, walnut powder, nuts, fruits, dry fruits so on and so forth.
