Quads Stretch, Stand with you feet shoulder width apart, fold your right foot behind you and hold it
with your right hand. This is meant to stretch the quadriceps. Repeat on the other side.
Hamstring stretch Take the right leg to side while keeping the
left leg bent. Bend your body towards the right leg and try to touch the toe with your
right hand while the left palm rest on the right knee. This will stretch your hamstrings.
Glutes strech. Take a long step forward with your right leg
slightly bending down while keeping the back leg straight and stretch your glutes.
Calf Stretch Cross your leg and slowly bend down and hold for 5 seconds.
Repeat the other side.
