In today's video, I'll give you some phrases you can use in these types of situations.

Most online meeting platforms have a camera button, which you can turn on and off.

ほとんどのオンライン会議プラットフォームにはカメラボタンがあり　オン・オフの切り替えが可能です

Oh, there you are.

あ　映ったね

Do you have the numbers for our presentation?

プレゼンのデータはある？

I'm afraid your microphone "is on mute," Daisy.

ごめん、デイジー　マイクが「ミュートになってる (= be on mute)」ね

We can't hear you.

声が聞こえないの

Like the camera button, meeting platforms have a microphone icon which allows you to speak.

カメラボタンと同様　オンライン会議プラットフォームにはマイクのアイコンがあり　それで話すことができます

If it is "on mute," no one can hear you.

「ミュートがオン」になっていると　あなたの声は聞こえません

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize it was on mute, and, yes, I have the numbers for the presentation.

すみません　ミュートになっているのに気づいていませんでした　プレゼンのデータあります

Can you please "share your screen then," so everyone can see them?

「スクリーンをシェアして (= share one's screen)」くれる？　みんなで見れるように

When you "share your screen," people on the call will see what is on your computer or cell phone screen.

「スクリーンをシェアする」と　会議中のみんなが　参加者のパソコンやスマホの画面を見ることができます

Oh, yes, of ...

はい　もちろ…

Oh dear, I think Daisy's "breaking up."

あらら　デイジーの「映像が乱れてる (= be breaking up)」ね

This expression means that you can't hear, or see well, someone on the call.

この表現は　参加者の音声がよく聞こえなかったり　映像がよく見えないことを意味します

Can you hear me, Daisy?

聞こえる？　デイジー？

"You've frozen."

「フリーズしちゃってる (= have frozen)」わ

This means that the video stream of the person has stopped, or is still, like an image.

これは　相手の映像が止まってしまうこと　画像のように そのままであることを意味します

I'm so sorry, boss.

すみません　

I have a "terrible connection" today, and I can't open my camera or share my screen.

今日は「接続が悪く」て　カメラもオンにできないし　スクリーンのシェアもできません

To have a "bad" or "terrible connection" means you have a poor internet connection in that moment, which causes some instability for the person to participate in the online meeting.

「接続が悪い (= have a bad/terrible connection)」とは　その時のインターネットの接続が悪くて　オンライン会議に参加している人( のインターネット環境 ) が安定しないことを意味します

Oh, don't worry about it, Daisy, it happens to all of us.

心配しないで、デイジー　誰にでも起こることだから

Can you please "share the link" for the presentation on the chat box so I can "share my screen"?

チャットボックスにプレゼンデータの「リンクをシェア」してくれる？　私の「スクリーンをシェア」できるように

To "share something on the chat box" means to type in a link or a message for participants to see.

「チャットボックスでシェアする」は　参加者が見られるように　リンクを張り付けたり　メッセージを書き込んだりすること

Sure, no problem, here you are.
