  • But slower than that.

  • You should feel at peace, not lightheaded and hopelessly anxious.

  • But slowly, 10 breaths.

  • OK, next.

  • Another tip for relaxation is to write in a journey.

  • Journey?

  • Journal.

  • I'm hurrying.

  • Mary, you've got me--

  • OK, so here's my journal.

  • And so, every morning, you get up and, you know, dear journal,

  • I feel grateful, I'm happy and relaxed, blah, blah, blah.

  • Enjoy, take time, blah, blah, blah.

  • OK.

  • So that's another way.

  • There you go.

  • I'm in a hurry.

  • And if none of these work, here is something you can do--

  • you could eat one of my neighbor's brownies.

  • They taste weird.

  • Not bad, just funny and strange.

  • But I'm so relaxed after I have a brownie.

  • I don't know why.

  • It's not the same with Oreos or anything else.

  • She says they're made with love and they just make me feel good.

  • Those are some-- I'm hurrying.

  • Those are some quick tips to relax.
