and I've had a lot of fun here on Sesame Street.

- We had two birds and took away one

and now there's just one bird left, me.

(flute trills)

- Right, so Big Bird, now do you get subtraction?

- Oh, you said subtraction.

Better take myself away.

- I think he gets it.

You know, one thing really startled me

when I was out here on Sesame Street and that's Big Bird.

He's as tall as I am.

That's really amazing.

- Hi, Kareem.

- Hey Big Bird, how you doin'?

- I'm great.

How are you?

- I'm fine.

- Let's see, I've got a question for you.

- Yeah sure.

- When did you get to be so tall?

- Geez, back when I was 12 or 13 years old

I had a growth spurt.

- Oh. - Oh yeah.

Big Bird, I wanted to ask you how did you get to be so tall?

- Who me?

- Yeah.

- Oh, well, I was hatched this way.

- Ernie, you can't bring this bird in here.

- Oh you see, I'm just explaining I am tall.

Burt here is taller.

- And I'm tallest.

- Hey watch out.

(crashing)

Right through the ceiling.

- Happy 50th anniversary Sesame Street.
