He said, well you said on the internet you was going to bash my head in. I said, because I'm too damn old to [bleep] fight and I'm too damn young to die, bub. I said, I'm going to do what I've got to. He's an ex-MMA fighter. - What's his name? - Steven-- - Steven-- OK. And does he live here with you? - Well, he thinks he does. He never was invited. And he said, oh, I got mail coming here. I said, no, you don't. I've never seen a piece of his mail once. I said, I want you out. I got an 82-year-old mother. - Yeah. Oh, yeah. That's right. And then whenever [bleep] I come back upstairs, he said, you took my baseball bat. I said, yeah, because all I heard was that you were going to hit me in the head with it and kill me. He's like, you weren't supposed to be here today. I was like, dude, you told me to come over. It's not my fault that I fell asleep downstairs and you didn't know that I didn't leave. I was like, that's not on me. - When was the last time you were allowed in here - He told me yesterday. - OK. - And then I fell asleep downstairs. - What's your last name, man? - Squires. - See how he's acting. - 650, I have one to run. - He cannot keep doing that to people and expect them to treat him with the same kind of respect. - I'm talking to the police, Mom. And he sat there and said, I ain't getting my stuff back-- or you ain't getting your stuff back till I get mine back. - Just hang out right here for me. OK? - All right. Thank you. I appreciate it. - Hey, man. Do you care if they just get their stuff real quick and go? - If they can get it. - OK. Then we'll solve that issue. OK? All right, Steven. Hey, can you just start going-- you can just go grab your stuff real quick. I don't need it. Just go ahead and grab your stuff real quick and get out of here, OK? - All right. - I'll stand here. I ain't got nothing to do with it. - So at this point, when they get their stuff, just tell them, you're not allowed back here. - All right. - That prevents them from-- if you tell them and trespass them from your property, then they're not allowed back on it. - OK. I just ain't got the money to do all that crap. You know? Get him and evict him, and wait 30-- you know, I can't wait 30 days. - No, yeah, I understand. - This is [bleep]. I'm afraid I'm going to die at night. You know? And if he hurts my mom, I'll be going to prison tomorrow. Because he'll be dead. Sorry. That's my mother. - There's nothing physical that happened. No weapons were used. They ended up kind of completely moving out. And then he is giving them a ride out of here because he feels bad. No one's getting arrested today, luckily. And we're going to get them out and get them going.
