字幕表 動画を再生する 英語字幕をプリント Today I teach stir-fried glutinous rice 140 gram thai glutinous rice, wash and soaked for 6 hours sieve the water out wash 2 chinese sausages with warm water cut it in middle then cut into slices cut 1 spring onion in slices, divide white and green wash and soak 3 chinese mushrooms, cut in small dices wash and soak 2 dried scallopes, teared into small pieces put 1/2 tsp chicken powder in 50 ml from soaking water Seasoning 2: 1 tsp shaoxing wine, 1 tsp oyster, 1 tsp light soy sauce a pinch of sugar, 5 tsp water, stir well add 1/2 tsp oil in an egg beat it put egg mixture on hot pan gently move the pan, fry to thin big slice after one side is done flip around to other side take it out, set aside fry sausage, turn to medium heat after sausages release oil when frying add dried shrimps in add chinese mushrooms and dried scallops stir fry all put in glutinous rice, stir-fry after 1 min, seasoning 1: 50 ml chicken powder water add in 3 batches over 3 minutes, stir fry put in seasoning 2 fry for 2 mins 2 mins later, test whether the rice is cooked mine is done, when the rice isn't done, add 1-2 tsp water depending on your preferrence you can add salt put spring onion white part in, stir fry fry and press down fry for 1 min add a pinch of pepper stir well, turn off the heat leave on hot hob fry for 2 mins cut it in middle, fold once and cut into thin slices add some sliced fried egg and stir well put the rice in a bowl use a plate and flip the rice bowl around put sliced fried egg and green spring onion on top Thanks for watching see you again next time
