I homeschool four Children, and I can't and don't want to work more than about 20 hours a week.

Since launching my business in August of 2016 I've been able to grow it to a place where it's sustainable and able to sustain my lifestyle.

My team as well.

A team of three other part time moms, I definitely struggled with a work life balance before B school, knowing that I wanted to spend a majority of my time with my Children.

But I also wanted to create a business and a life that I love.

And so, using the tools that I learned that I was able to create this business that allows me to free up my time and be with my kids while they're still young.

But also do the creative work that's meaningful and impactful on that supports my family.

Every single year, the business has doubled in size and revenue.

Now we're in the multiple six figures with a full cost to continue on that trajectory.

But even more important than that is the impact that I'm able to create through my courses and memberships.

We have thousands of people from over 60 countries world wide, which means when reaching parents and it's becoming a global movement of people who are here to love parenting and enjoy their time with their kids are mailing list has grown to over 50,000 people, and our social media audience has over 100,000 people YouTube over 50,000 people and over two million views on the videos that we put out.

What really matters is the people who are really receiving a difference in their lives and in their relationships with their kids.

That has a ripple effect for generations to come.

I really do believe that I personally come from a family of serial entrepreneurs and my father was a businessman, my grandfather before him on I did a degree on branding, identity and strategy, and still I have not learned any of the things that I learned in B school throughout my life.

It's a whole new way of doing business on.

It's so crucial that we step up and keep up with what's happening in contemporary business landscapes.
