  • I'm little I'm a new Gia, and today we're gonna show you how to make spinach and China gravy dish.

  • It's a really good, I think, double duty thing.

  • And to taste, you can put as much or as little as you like.

  • We're gonna go to her stove and starts on taking these here.

  • A lot of people don't like the texture of the spinach, you know, like kids especially and some adults.

  • So if if that's the case, you know, you could just make it a total paste.

  • But if you don't mind the texture, you can just waltz it a few times and that should be good.

  • You may need to open your blunder up and just push down the edges.

  • Make sure you get a nice movement and here's what it looks like pretty smooth mixture.

  • And I would get out in the spinach and we can use this cooking water for the spinach as well to help us grind ego.

  • We're feeding our pickets, so we're doing it smooth.

  • Now we're gonna return this mixture back to our cooking pan and see you at the stove Turner pan back on immediately and transfer this mixture.

  • Add a little bit of water just to clean up your blunder.

  • you can do that about 1/4 cup and added, it makes it through.

  • And now we're gonna add in China and be sure you drain out the liquid.

  • So we're gonna take some of the water from the channels, and we just helped those forms some gravy, and you can use as much or as little as you like.

  • At this point, you can check the salt and adjust it.

  • Now we're gonna cover it and then let it cook for about 10 minutes.

  • All right, let's take a look perfect.

  • And we did stir it in between one time and we'll end off with about 1/4 teaspoon of I'm sure, or dry mango powder, and that's optional.

  • And to taste.
