  • If successful, what would you concentrate on during the 1st 4 weeks of being in position so again, to really strong tips to help you tip number one state, you'll concentrate on four key things when you start in the job.

  • Now with regards to change management, my advice is to concentrate on briefing clarity, planning on execution.

  • I'll tell you what those are in a second.

  • So then describe in detail how you will implement each of those four key things once you start in the role working for their organization.

  • And here's a great answer on how to achieve so if successful, what would you concentrate on during the 1st 4 weeks of being in position?

  • Here we go join the 1st 4 weeks of being in position.

  • I would concentrate on four specific areas.

  • These are briefing clarity, planning on execution During the briefing stage, I would gain a thorough understanding of what needs to be changed on also a thorough assessment of where the organization is right now.

  • In respect of its particular strengths and weaknesses, I would then gain clarity of vision in regard to the direction we needed to take the organization.

  • Now this would involve an assessment of the key organizational members who are both likely to support the change process on those who are likely to reject it Now, with regards to planning I would create a robust plan before communicating it to everyone within the organization are also setting the defining core objectives that everyone would be required to sign up to at the end of that initial four week period.

  • Within the role, I would commence the execution stage of the process where we would all start working towards the delivery of the change that was needed.

  • It would then be down to me to inspire, motivate and leave the organization towards the end goal.

  • And again, that's a real solid response.

  • And it's good because you have a plan already of what you're going to do within the first few weeks off, starting within that change management role.

  • OK, next question.

  • Describe the fundamental elements of the change management process to tips.

  • Now, before you attend the interview, make sure you have a thorough understanding of the change management process.

  • The next stage is the implementation state, which is probably the toughest.

  • People are not generally used to change, and therefore you must ensure you communicate with clarity all times and provide support throughout the entire change process.

  • Throughout the implementation stage of the change management process, you have to review your strategic plan to assess its effectiveness in line with the objectives before finally adapting on improving as you progress.

  • One thing I've learned over the years is that no to change management processes of the same on each organization you work in will require a unique set of skills on the defined strategy in order to achieve the desired outcomes.

  • Again, that is, that's a really strong response to that question, because it shows that you understand what changed management is.

  • Here we go to tips.

  • Change cannot be successful unless the top tier of management are entirely on board.

  • They have to be, so you need to get them on board before you start the process.

  • Now, make sure you demonstrate the ur resilience in your answer and explain how you would utilize effective communication on persuasion techniques to get him onside.

  • And here's howto answer this question.

  • So how would you do with a manager or director was clearly against the change management process?

  • Here we go The important thing to remember is that everyone within the top tier management level of the organization has to be signed up fully to the change process.

  • You usually find that everyone is on board with the changes at the top level, and it is more often than not the middle to lower level managers and team leaders who are not so sure about the change, especially in the early days of the process.

  • Now, in respect of how I would deal with the manager or director, I would involve them in the process right from the start on, I would empower them to be involved in the change management process.

  • The worst thing you can do is isolate people who are against change, and you have to work hard to get them on board.

  • It is also very important that you communicate with them at all times on obtain their input.
