  • And in this video, I want to talk to you about the key way to eliminate worry and concern about the future about your career, about your life so that you can pursue your career with more purpose and confidence.

  • First of all, I want to address those of you who feel deep down that worrying, although it doesn't feel good that it's still a good thing.

  • I need to worry in order to get things done.

  • I need to worry in order to feel good later on.

  • And you know what?

  • That is so not true.

  • I know it first hand that worrying does not feel good, and it will not result in good things.

  • And why.

  • Let's look at that.

  • Further worry destroys your confidence because the more you worry about something, the less confident you feel that that thing is actually going to happen the way that you want it, Thio because you're focused on how negative things can turn out, and then you have a lack of confidence.

  • Overall, secondly, worry creates anxiety within your body, which enhances your risk of illnesses.

  • There are studies that are out there that proves that the more worried and stressed that we are, our bodies react to that.

  • And that becomes an illness over time because your immune system is just constantly having to defend itself off from this potential sickness that could come on.

  • Do do your body feeling that anxiety, and on top of that worried just simply eats away at your overall well being.

  • Because it's hurting you from a physical perspective.

  • It's hurting you from a confidence feelings perspective.

  • It also hurts you from a mindset perspective.

  • Your overall well being is just dwindling away because of the fact that you're allowing yourself to carry this burden and this weight of worry.

  • And if that isn't enough, I could tell you that in my own experience firsthand experience that the more I've worried in the past, the more of those types of situations I tend to find myself in.

  • So, for example, if I'm worried about not having something not getting something or not feeling good about something, the more instances I attract where I'm not having a feeling or getting those things.

  • So it's all based on simple law of attraction, which is in line with what I believe.

  • And if that one's with what you believe is, well, then you'll notice that, yeah, the more you worry about something, the more you'll get that thing that you've been worrying about, which is not what you really want.

  • So here is the key way that you can completely eliminate your worries and move forward with your career and your life with more purpose and confidence.

  • And that is to change your beliefs.

  • Your worries are based on a set of beliefs that things may go wrong and that you'll fail that people may judge you and be disappointed in you.

  • Or that you'll judge yourself and be disappointed in yourself, and that it will all be for nothing that it just wouldn't be worth it Worth the effort?

  • Well, the way to eliminate your worries is to eliminate those underlying inherent beliefs that are sitting beneath those worries and then replacing them with more positive loving thoughts towards yourself.

  • So, for example, you might say something like, I'm worried that this won't work out and I won't make any money.

  • So let's just say that's an example where you're wanting to start a new business or you want to make a career change.

  • So instead of thinking that way, replace that belief with.

  • Although I'm not sure how this will work out, I trust that it will work out the right way as long as I do what I feel is right.

  • You see how shifting it from.

  • I don't know if it's gonna work out, and I think it's gonna work out badly to the mindset of Well, I don't know exactly how it's gonna work out, But I do feel that it will work out the right way as long as I do what feels right for me that all of a sudden you gain a greater sense of control and confidence and clarity that you know what this is gonna work out for you as long as you do what feels right for you.

  • Do this on a daily basis.

  • Set aside some time in the morning, take some time to breathe, set your intentions for the day, and then on top of that, grab a journal and simply write out one new belief that you want to take on replace that old belief that you've been holding onto with and positive belief that you know is going to help you for that day and for every single day after that.

  • Changing your beliefs is truly a process in itself.

  • And I know that with the work that I do with my clients, that change always happens from within before you start to see the changes occurring on the outside.

  • And that's why I wanted to share this little tip with you because I've seen the effect it's had on the people that I've helped and the people that are around me and on myself.

  • You know, when I used to think a certain way, I had very negative beliefs about my life and where I would be going, and I was just circulating in this negativity but was only until I decided to step myself out of that and start embracing more positive loving beliefs that things will work out and that everything is happening for a reason and that as long as I follow through and allow myself to take the steps necessary to do what's right for me that things will work out the right way, and I know that this can work for you as well.

  • So I know, for example, when it comes to looking for a job, it's very stressful, and you probably tell yourself things like, I'm not good enough.

  • Nobody wants to harm me.

  • I don't really know how to sell myself.

  • People don't like me.

  • Maybe it's not worth me trying to find a new job.

  • You'll say those things and I'll tell you that.

  • That's actually what's holding you back from getting what it is that you really want.

  • Those beliefs are acting as barriers in your way, and you can't overcome them unless you decide to deliberately remove them one by one and replace them with more loving positive belief that will help to ease your route, ease the path that you're on.

  • Changing your beliefs will literally take you from being in a place where you feel stuck, unhappy, depressed and unsure of yourself to becoming someone who is more clear and confident on their own mission and their purpose for this lifetime, for the work that they're here to d'oh!

  • That's how dramatic the changes could be if you decide to change your beliefs from within.

  • So there you have it.

  • My key strategy on how to eliminate your worries and concerns about your career and your future simply by using that one technique on a daily basis, and that is to change your beliefs.
