So this baby, we're gonna be going over, uh, my top picks for the best, some pics for the worst.

And then also some unroll mentions of the best of people and I as well, because, as we all know these days band, I was putting out a lot of people and I kits.

And there's a lot of really great ones that I feel like definitely deserves a mention as well, even though they're not widely available to those of us outside of Japan.

And so has always guys.

I'm trying to take a look at this in the most objective way possible.

You know, taking out my personal likes and dislikes because there was definitely some kids that came out this year that I liked a lot, but I didn't put them on the list or some kits that are on the list, that you guys will see that maybe warrants to market that I particularly like the most.

But I think they're definitely some of the best ones or worse ones or general mentions from people and I that I think should be on the list for best Morris of the year.

So let's just get right into it, and we'll start off with some of the worst kids of this year, and we're going to start off here very early in the year we had a juicy Gustav Carl.

Now the good stuff.

Carl was a designed I think a lot of people were really excited about when it was first announced, and the kid overall is not really that bad.

I should preface this by saying also that there really weren't really any, like, really stinker but had kids out this year.

So the worst list here is not really gonna be kids that I would recommend you guys totally avoid.

They're just They weren't as good as other kids that came out this year.

So the good stuff, Karl is a perfect example of that.

A bad kid at all.

In fact, it's an all right kid, but I just think that band I didn't really handle it in the way that they needed to if they were gonna make a Gustaf Carl.

It's a very chunky design and the kit didn't really seem like it was designed.

With that in mind, it didn't really seem when just overall handling and quality of the kid, the overall stability of it, it seemed like it really needed a little bit more going on in there to really fill out the design to really make it a nice, big solid kit and to also improve some of the articulation.

Now there was some nice points of articulation in there.

You can see some points where bend I did sort of take into the massive, massive chunk into consideration designing it.

But I feel like it could have been, and she probably should have been designed a little better if they were going to go ahead and make makes you see Gustav Carl.

It needed to get a little bit more care just because of the design of the mole soup.

And also the thing that I think we'll probably disappoint a lot of people is just the weapons that are included with All it really has is just the one dinky rifle, which is a little bit underwhelming.

I think most people who are gonna want to build this are probably gonna want to equip it with something else.

You're probably gonna end up having to buy some sort of their options said, or taking a weapon from some of their different kid or something doing some sort of kit bashing to this game on.

For those people who don't want to do a gay bashing, they want to be able to buy a kit and have what they want in there already.

I think a lot of people, maybe we'll feel a little bit disappointed with just the tiny little rifle with their giant will see that they just got next.

One is the master grade s condom slash excess.

Gonna basically the 1.5 version of the masquerade as excess Gonna that we got out again.

Not a bad kid.

It all in.

It's actually it's definitely the best version of that kit.

They can get out, that's for sure.

And I just think the biggest problem is just the price because they made it to have the parts to choose between s gone and the excess gun of the price is just too high.

The original price of the masquerade excess Gundam just by itself at 8000 and it's already a pretty high on the list of most expensive master grades.

But for this get to come out.

One at 13,000 yen, $130 for this is just, I think, going to be a really tough sell, I think, to a lot of people who are fans of the master.

And if they would've released this as two separate kits, as they like, sort of 1.5 version of the esque on them available separately from the excess gonna I think it would have been a lot better.

Of course, that probably would have cost, and I'm or long run releasing as as one kid.

Obviously, I don't quite understand or know the reasoning behind it, but I'm sure there is reasoning behind releasing it as they did it.

Just for those of us as consumers, I think just the price is not good.

And, of course, and then, of course, the fact that just uses a lot of parts from the original case.

A lot of people don't really like that.

I think it's not really that bad in this case, the old parts that it does use.

I think aren't really too much of a hindrance to the kids.

Still a really good kid, really solid kit and definitely the new parts of added to it are really, really nice.

I think they probably should have redesigned the rifle.

That would have been good if they would have made entirely new team Smart gun for that.

So I think they could have gone a little bit farther making ah, maybe a few more minor upgrades to some of the parts of the kid, and releasing it in a different way that didn't cost so much would have been nice.

Next one is the HD Death Army.

This is another one that you wouldn't really expect it to be too much because it's just kind of really simple little ht.

But I was expecting it to be a little bit better than it was to be honest, because we had the HD Leo and HD Magen on, and they're both pretty good silicates that really had very little to complain about either of them and very cheap as well.

Ah, the death or make it at least is very cheap, and it is very simple, but it just has a ton of seam lines all over it.

So I wish if they were gonna be releasing it, like in the line after Leo in the Magen on, which did also have a couple of sea mines.

To be fair, this one definitely had a lot of them, and it had some all right color separation in some areas.

But it was a few little areas where I think it maybe could have included a couple of more parts would have been nice.

And so again, while this is not really necessarily a bad kid, just especially the amount of sea mines on this case was going to be kind of really a pain for a lot of dealers.

If you're wanting to go in for a key, if you're thinking, Oh, it's the death or make it's pretty simple.

It's the kind of kid that I could build up and paint up in like, a couple of days.

Not really gonna take that long.

It's probably gonna take a couple days.

Just give it up.

All the steam lines on this case, especially some of the really tricky ones around the spike areas, got spikes on the wrist and spike on the gun that there seem lines going through all the different spikes on that.

So that was just kind of a little disappointing.

You couldn't have designed that a different way.

Now the gun, I kind of understand just because of the design of that.

But there was a couple of parts that I think, at least in my opinion, in my experience, probably could have been designed in a different way.

To afford this team lines would have been a little more expensive on bed.

Nice part.

But I wish that they would have done that little bit differently.

And the last one here on the worst list is HD Bill Divers, Rear eyes news.

Eon Gundam.

Now this is one that I didn't actually build in all fairness, So I can't really speak too much on the actual quality of the bill, I should say I also am just feeling like not a lot of other people build this one either, because the design was just so ugly.

I am sure there are people out there who do like the design of this, and I'm sure there's people out there who bought the cake and probably like it and same thing with all these kids on the list.

Actually, I didn't necessarily really feel like I disliked any of these kids on this list except the Newseum, which I didn't even bother building because it was just so ugly.

But this one, I just know because it's based off on older h g.

I'm not.

I wouldn't really expect, like, the articulation and the build of it to be all that advanced anyway.

And then they're taking on old H G and making new parts on it that just look awful.

And again, that's that's a little bit subjective, just the designer.

I mean, that's you know, the design may appeal to some people more than others, of course, but I think it's probably safe to assume that a lot of you guys will agree with me and that this is one that I expect to see in the bargain bin for years to come.

That is it for the worst list.

Now let's talk about some people like it.

Some of the best of people die kids that came out this year, and then we'll end it with the best of the year, So just some people, and I mentioned that I won't talk too much about these.

I'll just put them in just a list of years on the ones that I would definitely recommend getting if you're if you can swing the money for them.

So the 1st 1 being the masquerade watch or the watch Chi.

This is a really great another Situation was based like a 1.5 version of the mastery dumb, which I think masquerade dumb, not a bad kid at all for its age.

And now that we have a sort of like a 1.5 version of that, it's an even better build and the Watch and Dodge kind of really cool designs.

So I really liked both of those.

The master grade Rigas e custom, a huge improvement over the original, another example of like a master at one point by version.

Here with this one, we have a lot of really new parts here over the original masturbate Rigas E.

So it's definitely huge improvement if you're a fan of that design.

We had some really amazing once again this year, some really amazing advances.

Data gets come out in the premium bandit line we had SG, you see Prime Real is the G parts Rubio.

And of course, the haze and played to that was an amazing kids.

So there's just a few really amazing kids that are great.

If you're in advanced Zeta fan, then those ones you definitely want to have in your collection.

Also the master grade.

Gonna F.

90.

An entirely new design in the premium bend I line here for this master grade, and it's a really super solid kids, really great kid of color separation on it, part separation.

Have a lot of really nice fine details on there.

It's really, really great master grade.

It's a shame that it came out as a P band.

I, uh, the last couple here, a couple HD.

You see kids.

The Mod Rock, which just recently came out, just recently built that that was a really fantastic little H G kits, another one that's totally new for the lime and also the second V.

The second V is building off some parts from previous kids, but it's got some new parts in there, which really improved a kid quite a lot as well.

It's sort of like a 1.5 version of the HD Victory gun appear in the different variant.

Of course, in the second V s another really great a cheek, it to come out in the people on the line.

So it was really great people and I kids that I would definitely recommend you guys get if you're on the fence.

If you ever come across it and you're thinking I like it, but it's pretty expensive.

I would say, You know, as long as you can swing the money for it, then definitely go for those are all kids I would highly recommend.

No, let's get into the best of the year now.

I think this is probably pretty obvious.

Most of these, as we all pretty much know, that there were some really great kids that came out this year.

First off, being the masquerade dynamics.

Of course, Master a dynamite had amazing articulation, fantastic detail, the looks proportion of it was fantastic and I just did a really, really great job on this and really set it up for making a really great curios coming out this year and then hopefully later this year, but possibly maybe next year at some point, we never get the virtue as well.

Also going to be equally good now.

I don't think you really need to go into too much more detail about why this one is great.

It's just a really fantastic masturbate.

If you are double o fan or if you're just a master grade fan or if you just like a good quality, build in any way, shape or form that I would definitely recommend the dynamics.

Now.

The next one here is the real grade cross bone, and this was one I kind of debated.

Whether I wanted to put on here are not just because it's a really great kit, but kind of among the real great line, which has been just pretty consistently good as of late.

So is this.

Does the cross one really stand out?

And the reason why I wanted to put this on here is because I think it does stand out, especially compared to other versions of the crossbow on the H G kit and the master great kid.

I think neither of them are really bad kids.

They're actually still both pretty good, in my opinion, for what they are.

But most definitely the real grade cross bonnet thing is the best version of the cross bone out yet.

And so that's why I wanted to put her here on the list of the best of the year.

Because, Bend, I finally gave us the best version of the cross bones.

So if you're a fan of the cross bone, definitely go for the real great person.

The next one.

Also a real great, of course, the real great new Gundam we have to put on here and this one as well with a little bit of a toss up, because of the fact that the Master grade Vir Cotto is still so good.

Is this one really the one I would recommend over the mastery of cod?

And it's really kind of hard to decide between if I had to recommend one of the other.

What I really recommend that the real grain.

It kind of depends on what you want as a builder, I think the master it is still a fantastic kid, definitely one of the best for a cause, definitely probably one of the best master grades out there, But the Rio grade is also, I would say, probably one of the best real grades we've got so far.

Once again, the part separation there articulation the detail, especially on the inner frame.

This one has a really super nicely detailed in her frame as well.

For people who like building in her frames.

It's definitely a little bit more stable, especially in the finals on the backpack compared to the master graves.
