The short answer, unfortunately, is no.

The government have launched review of the implementation of the rules this week on dhe.

The wording in that reliefs very much suggested that it is going to go ahead and seek the papal.

The review is going to be looking at the implementation rather than the rules themselves.

Eso Our message to everyone is to continue to prepare because we already three months away now.

So in terms of what contractors could d'oh, many contractors would have received some form of communication from their client already around what what the client intends to do with the I 35 reform.

If you haven't, now is probably the time to start engaging with the client.

They have to make a decision by law, so that's gonna have to happen in the next group.

Obviously, as time ticks away, there's less time for organizations to really get a handle on where they where they are at the moment.

But we are still on a daily basis, taking new enquiries from private sector companies who are looking to kick off that process as with changes in legislation.

Historically, we have started to see what appeared to be taxi Borden schemes doing around specifically targeting contractors who are going to be determined or happened.

It's really important that you do ensure that any umbrella continue you choose is compliant.

There are companies who who prey on contractors in situations like this, eh?

So it's really worth you doing some fairly extensive due diligence before you consider joining any of brother company.

The oil and gas sector is actually one of the first sectors really to start considering the changes y 35.

I think Theo energy sector, given the turbulence that's been through the last few years, has been acutely aware off the importance of contractors in the importance of avoiding any major description.

So a lot of oil and gas companies and operators have a wedding to their preparations from 9 35 Perspective in terms of how that's gonna play out remains to be seen.

We do know that a lot of large oil and gas companies are taking their responsibility seriously, but also trying to ensure that any assessments and determinations that they carry out our reasonable and fair and pragmatic, and I think the major political bodies definitely started using our 35 on your payroll changes as a bit of a political football ahead of the general election and obviously the conservatives had to go through with their with their promise to review.

Unfortunately, as a lot of people expected, there isn't a great deal of weight behind it.

The time scales listed in the review document don't give a great deal of hope, either.

The reviews, due to be included in mid February given wth E new rules, apply to payments made on or after the sixth of April.

It's likely to take into consideration work that's actually completed in March.

So you've basically got a window thio implement any improvements or changes to the rules of two or three weeks.
