Well, despite all that rain that we saw, they really didn't stop people from coming out here.

Especially here at the rodeo.

You know, you're gonna be walking a lot.

You're gonna be out and about.

But the times of people here, they tell you, is just Texas weather.

Tuesday afternoon, storms brought Maur than just rain.

Hail poured down and row share, and Dickinson and Alvin traffic near the Galleria bumper to bumper as heavy rain continued to come down across the city.

Surprisingly, that didn't stop people from coming to the rodeo.

We came across these two women covered up in plastic as they ran to the Energy Stadium to catch a concert.

But it was worth it.

Not really.

I kind of was hideaway the 50 50.

This couple says the stop of weather isn't new and we live in Texas so different weather every day.

So every hour feels lithe.

Fairground was a ghost down.

We spotted just one person there.

Okay, maybe two.

And for Dale Smith, missing out on that rodeo because of the weather isn't an option this time of the year.

The joy of the environment.

Just being out here at the smell of the food.

I love food.

Yeah, just the energy around everyone in the actual rodeo we've been through.

Where's Harvey?

Was a challenge.

But this is nothing.

This is nothing.

And I guess majority the people out here at the rodeo today where I should go into the concert.

And I guess if you bought a ticket and you really want to see that artist perform, you're not gonna let just a little bit of rain stop you from doing that?

At least I won't.
