  • But it also says it's the best way to protect yourself from the virus. 11

  • There are some silver linings to this flu season. 12

  • Even though flu activity was considered high in 33 states at the beginning of the year, it had dropped a bit. 13

  • Doctors don't know yet. 14

  • If that means the worst of the flu is behind us, it could still go up again, but they're watching closely to see if it tapers off. 15

  • Another hopeful sign is that across all age groups, the number of deaths and hospitalizations from the flu is relatively low this time around that maybe because most of those who die from the flu are elderly and this year's strains are affecting younger people more than them. 16

  • It's always scary when you hear of someone dying from something as common is the flu. 17

  • There are four main ways. 18

  • The fluke unturned deadly. 19

  • The first and most common causes pneumonia. 20

  • The influenza virus can directly cause viral pneumonia. 21

  • Once someone has the flu, it can weaken their immune system so much that another virus or bacteria can enter the lungs. 22

  • Infected lungs fill with fluid, making it difficult to breathe so oxygen can't get to the rest of the body, which can lead to death. 23

  • Sepsis is the second way the flu could become lethal, especially in healthy, younger adults and Children. 24

  • Substance occurs when a person's immune system goes into overdrive trying to fight the flu. 25

  • This causes inflammation, which can lead to a cascade of symptoms that ultimately ends an organ failure. 26

  • Ah, third way the flu can kill is by increasing your risk of heart attack experts saying adults risk of heart attack increases six Bold In the seven days following a flu diagnosis, the fourth way the flu can kill is by dehydration, particularly among infants and young Children. 27

  • Which of these nations is located on the eastern side of the South China Sea. 34

  • Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines For Malaysia, a tough question. 35

  • But it's the Philippines whose capital is Manila that's located east of the South China Sea. 36

  • A state of emergency has been declared near that capital because of a recent eruption at the tall volcano. 37

  • It's not the most active one in the Philippines, but vulcanologists say tall is very dangerous because it's erupted in the past and because it's located near populated areas. 38

  • The United Nations estimates that more than 450,000 people live in the volcano's danger zone. 39

  • The state of emergency means schools are closed so they, along with local convents, can be used as shelters. 40

  • Government offices are also closed, and flights have been canceled because volcanic ash can melt inside jet engines and badly damaged them. 41

  • And I mean, it's difficult to get food because it's difficult to move. 46

  • We can't use the vehicle since its money, and we can't even clean it. 47

  • Since there's no water, almost everything is a problem now and then you have the volcano spewing again. 48

  • And after nearly 150 small earthquakes, Philippine officials believe it's going to get worse before it gets better. 49

  • Nearly half a 1,000,000 residents have been ordered to evacuate immediately, believing another, much larger eruption and possible tsunami could be imminent. 50

  • Real hazard is that it has the potential for explosions. 51

  • That's vulcanologist Eric committee. 52

  • And by that I mean I always base my arrival to the airport on the boarding time of my flight, not the departure time. 62

  • Just this year alone, I have been on 45 flights through 88 airports, checked in and out of 32 hotels. 63

  • Hello, you two. 64

  • See you. 65

  • Oh, gosh. 66
