Using the fast past plus system at Walt Disney World is appear art form since our tips and tricks to skip the line at Walt Disney World.

Video moving, getting tons of comments asking for a video just on fast pass itself, especially talking about which rides and attractions you should fast pass.

So today we'll be sharing a bunch of fast passed secrets and tips, including some changes being made to the way Fastpass works at Hollywood studios.

Some of these tips you may have heard before, but this now allows us to put everything related to fast pass in one epic video.

So today we present you with Tea PM's Ultimate FastPass Guide, the secrets and tips. 00:00:59.610 --> 00:01:5.110 So the fast past plus system is a way for you to skip the standby lines at Walt Disney World. 00:01:5.370 --> 00:01:10.370 If you didn't know it's completely free and on any given day you're at the park.

You get to make three FastPass selections in advance.

If you're staying at one of the Walt Disney World Hotels, you could make fast past reservations 60 days prior to check in for your entire trip.

And for people who aren't staying on property, you can make fast past reservations 30 days in advance.

Now we highly recommend downloading The Disney World's App, which makes booking.

The fast pass is super convenient.

You can find it in the APP store by searching for mine Disney experience and know this video's not sponsored.

Thes are magic bands, and they aren't required to use FastPass.

Plus, you can also use your park ticket to scan into the rides.

But the Magic band does make it a lot more convenient. 00:01:56.500 --> 00:02:1.450 You don't need to constantly carry around and pull out your park ticket with the possibility of losing it. 00:02:1.660 --> 00:02:3.780 Another little tip with your park tickets. 00:02:3.940 --> 00:02:9.720 Always make sure to take a picture of the back of the ticket, just in case you happen to actually lose it.

This will act as a backup and actually prove that it was your ticket.

Now, if you're staying on Walt Disney World Property, the magicbands air free and will be shipped to you.

But you can buy a basic colored band for only about 12 bucks each.

When it comes to booking time slots, we recommend booking your first fastpass about 45 minutes after the park opens, since you can get quite a bit done through standby lines during the 1st 45 minutes to an hour.

Also try using your 1st 3 fast past reservations by around 3 p.m. Or even earlier, if you can.

After you use up the last fastpass.

You can keep making additional FastPass reservations one at a time for the remainder of the day as long as they're still available.

So using your three selections earlier in the day allows you to book an additional FastPass. 00:02:57.080 --> 00:03:3.950 While there's still quite a few attractions available, it's best that you choose time slots as close to the current time is possible. 00:03:4.220 --> 00:03:18.830 So once he used that one up, you could make another selection just that much quicker, depending on the day the selection of attractions might be hit or miss on certain days, of the week and during busier seasons like Spring Break, Christmas or Thanksgiving.

If you keep checking day of slots, open up last minute for the popular attractions.

But you need to be quick to book those just like here.

Within the span of less than 20 seconds, Big Thunder Mountain went down to only two available time slots for that day.

So while we're on the topic, let's just start off with the Magic Kingdom.

These air T PM's recommendations on which rides and attractions you should fast pass in your 1st 3 selections, so our recommendations are Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Peter Pan's Flight seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Enchanted Tales with Belle if he had to.

The adventure Land Slash Frontier Land Side. 00:03:58.740 --> 00:04:5.380 As soon as the park opens, you can get away with booking a fast pass for either Big Thunder Mountain or Splash Mountain. 00:04:5.730 --> 00:04:9.850 You shouldn't need to fast pass both, since the standby line for those two rides. 00:04:9.850 --> 00:04:12.750 First thing in the morning usually aren't too long.

You definitely want a book Space Mountain as one of your three, for sure, since Space Mountain usually runs out of fast passes early in the afternoon and usually has a very long wait during the day.

Now the fast passes for seven Dwarfs mine train usually book up very quickly, so there's a good possibility if you're staying off Disney property and book your fast passes 30 days in advance that the ride won't be available.

If you're booking 60 days in advance, then you shouldn't have a problem if you book right at your 60 day window.

Now, if you can't get a fast pass for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, then it's a good one toe head to during the fireworks.

But in the past, we've always been lucky with day of fast passes for this one, so just keep checking the app during the day. 00:04:57.590 --> 00:05:0.170 But be sure to be quick to book them When you see it. 00:05:0.490 --> 00:05:10.390 Mind trains a fun ride with some really cool animatronics, but it's definitely not worth spending over 70 minutes waiting in a standby line so fast pass for this one is kind of a must.

The classic Peter Pan's flight also has ridiculously long waits, usually around the 60 minute plus marker.

So if your family really wants to ride Peter Pan, this is also a definite Fastpass, and Shannon tells with.

Belle, also has a history of having pretty long lines as well.

And usually fast passes run out early on in the day.

So again, if your family wants to experience this attraction, a fastpass would definitely be the way to go.

Here's a sample of the FastPass availability at around 2 p.m. On a week day.

As you can see, there's still quite a bit available for classic rides like Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion and even Buzz Lightyear Space Rangers spin. 00:05:52.360 --> 00:06:1.720 If you follow our recommendation of finishing up your 1st 3 fast passes by early afternoon, then you shouldn't have a problem booking additional fast passes for those rides. 00:06:2.510 --> 00:06:6.130 Now let's move to Epcot, where fast passes set up a bit differently. 00:06:6.130 --> 00:06:17.500 At this park, the rides and attractions are separated by a two tier system and only allows you to book one attraction from Tier one, and then the other two selections need to be from Tier two.

So the Tier one attractions at Epcot are frozen ever after.

Test track Soren and Illuminations.

Reflections of Earth Now T PM's FastPass recommendations for Epcot, our test track, Soren and frozen ever after.

But since they're all part of Tier one, you won't be able to book all of them.

So if you're someone who definitely needs to ride frozen ever after book this as your Tier one selection.

Since the way for this ride can still be very long and day of fast passes tend to show up less often.

But that's not to say that they never show up when they do become available.

It's usually for later slots in the evening. 00:06:55.830 --> 00:07:4.230 So if you end up using frozen as your Tier one selection, you can use the single writer line for test track and then rope Drop Soren as soon as the park opens. 00:07:4.430 --> 00:07:9.050 Now, if you don't want a rope, drop Soren or use the single redder line at test track. 00:07:9.040 --> 00:07:15.610 After you've used your 1st 3 fast past selections, you're able to book Maur Tier one fast passes one at a time.

You should still be able to get a fast pass for both those rides if you follow our suggestion of using your 1st 3 selections by early afternoon, the FastPass availability seen here was taken around 2 p.m. On a weekday.

And as you can see, there's a decent availability for Soren.

But test track only has two slots available.

Generally, this has been pretty normal lately, with test track having less than Soren and availability conflicts you ate very quickly within a matter of minutes.

So again, just be quick to book when you see them. 00:07:47.440 --> 00:08:0.750 Now, as for your Tier two selections, consider booking mission space, since fast passes for this ride usually run out during the day, your other right options usually have a good availability for the remainder of the afternoon into the evening. 00:08:0.860 --> 00:08:7.850 So at this point, you're pretty much able to book whatever right fits your schedule, kind of knowing that you'll be able to get on all the rides. 00:08:9.040 --> 00:08:12.700 Animal Kingdom is another park with a tiered fastpass system.

Tier one of the park are the rides in Pandora, so that's avatar, Flood of Passage and Na'vi River Journey.

If you're choosing between these two rides, definitely book flight of passage.

But be aware that if your booking 30 days in advance, there might not be any availability if you book later in the day at the 30 day mark.

The fast passes for flight of passage are usually all booked up by early afternoon, so you want to make sure that you book them first thing in the morning.

Nobby River journey usually has quite a few slots available until about 15 days in advance.

If you're not able to get a fast pass for a flight of passage, you can always rope drop this ride head on over near the closing of the park, or just keep checking the app for any last minute openings. 00:08:58.170 --> 00:09:5.480 All the other rides and attractions at the park are Tier two, so TPM recommends booking fast passes for Expedition Everest. 00:09:5.740 --> 00:09:12.590 Kilimanjaro safaris and Dinosaur Day of Fast Passes are very hit or miss for Kilimanjaro safaris.

As you can see here, this availability was all within a matter of less than a minute.

So definitely book Kilimanjaro safaris, for sure as one of your three selections, and then you can choose one of the other rides.

These available FastPass slots are from around 3 p.m. On a week day.

And as you can see, there's still quite a few fast passes available for Expedition Everest, dinosaur and even Kali River Rapids.

So when you begin booking additional fast passes one at a time, you should be able to experience all the rides at the park.

The last theme park to tackle is Disney's Hollywood studios.

This park also has a tiered FastPass system, which has rock n roller coaster, Toy story mania.

Beauty and the Beast and Fantasmic Volunteer one. 00:09:57.810 --> 00:10:0.050 And everything else isn't ear, too. 00:10:0.450 --> 00:10:6.190 Currently, Toy Story mania isn't giving out fast passes while it accommodates the new entrance in Toy Story land. 00:10:6.450 --> 00:10:8.940 But the ride is still available through standby. 00:10:9.300 --> 00:10:15.970 So right now our recommendations for Fast Pass would be Rock n Roller Coaster, Tower of Tear and Star Tours.

Now Disney just announced the new tiered system.

Once Toy Story Land opens on June 30th the new Tier one will be everything in Toy Story land.

So that includes Toy Story mania, slinky dog dash and alien swirling saucers.

Everything else that the park is here, too.

So if you're heading to the park from June 30th 2018 onwards, T PM's Fastpass recommendations now would be to book slinky dog Dash for your Tier one selection, then Tower of Terror and Rock n Roller coaster for Tier two.

Since you're only able to book one toy story land ride, your only real option to get on the other two without a ridiculous wait would meet a road.

Drop these two rides as soon as the park opens. 00:10:58.510 --> 00:11:4.070 Probably alien strolling saucers first, since it's new, followed by a toy story Midway Mania. 00:11:4.360 --> 00:11:8.480 Now also note that even if you have a Park Hopper ticket, you can on Lee. 00:11:8.480 --> 00:11:12.250 Make fast past reservations in advance for one park per day.

You can't split your three FastPass selections between multiple parks.

You can, however, make an additional fast passed selection for a different park after you've used your 1st 3 fast passes that day at the current park.

The fast, fast plus system also has an unofficial grace period, allowing you to arrive five minutes early or 15 minutes past your window, usually without any issues.

Now, if you completely missed your fast pass window, you don't lose out on a fast pass selection.

You can make a new selection by clicking the modify button on the reservation from the Mist attraction and either choose a new time if it's still available for the same attraction or choose a brand new experience.

Another little fast past.

Tip. 00:11:52.720 --> 00:12:3.050 Once you're wandering the park, booking fast pass is one of the time is before you head into a standby line, check the app and see if there's any fast passes available for the current time slot. 00:12:3.470 --> 00:12:8.720 A lot of the times the attraction has availability right there and then so you can book that fast. 00:12:8.720 --> 00:12:15.270 Pass right away, head through the fast, fast line and avoid the entire stand by, even though you just booked it two minutes ago.
