  • We remember that number that 4 20 number, by the way.

  • Just looking here as I'm doing this video about an hour, two hours for the mark closes just under 4 20 Right now, $419 and 36 cents.

  • We'll see where the stock trades out for the remainder of the day.

  • But that four twenties huge because that's back when you're mustard that tweet about, you know, test was gonna go private at 4 20 and pretty much shocked the entire stock market.

  • And that's still to this day.

  • In one of the most shocking things that I ever saw in the stock market.

  • Like in the middle of a training day, tweeting for 20.

  • Going private like that was crazy.

  • And here we are, not quite a year and 1/2 later in the stock is literally now at $420 a share on the public markets. 00:00:57.620 --> 00:01:0.320 And by the way, I think you must was just frustrated at that time. 00:01:0.320 --> 00:01:4.010 I think he didn't think like Tess was get enough respect in the public markets. 00:01:4.010 --> 00:01:5.690 I think Short Sellers wrote his nerves. 00:01:5.810 --> 00:01:9.250 I think he was just mad about a lot, and there was just, like, got to a breaking point. 00:01:9.340 --> 00:01:11.830 And he ended up tweeting out in the middle of the train day.

  • They were gonna go private for 20 was a really bad decision, but I definitely understand The guy was extremely frustrated with the type of valuation Tufts was getting at that point in time, and all the great things they were doing is just not being noticed in on top of that, all the short seller tax and whatnot.

  • It must have been vicious form, and I understand that.

  • But that's the public markets for you.

  • Sometimes your stock is not respected, and sometimes it's respected.

  • Too much is depends on the situation.

  • What feel must have to say about this today, he said.

  • He tweets out.

  • Whoa, the stock is so high.

  • Oh, gosh, I got a good chuckle out of me.

  • And if you don't quite get that joke, you know, I don't know what to tell you.

  • Okay?

  • What is Montana skeptic?

  • The big short seller Tufts of stock.

  • What does he have to say?

  • Well, he's just tweeting out aton of, like, negative tweets about tough side, as he always does.

  • And then he's sweating out the suicide prevention lifeline. 00:01:58.720 --> 00:02:1.250 Okay, in Montana, skeptic like it's just money. 00:02:1.250 --> 00:02:7.520 Okay, like if you're mad about money or like suicide over money, you don't belong anywhere near the stock market. 00:02:7.520 --> 00:02:8.430 That's all I can say to you. 00:02:8.430 --> 00:02:12.290 Okay, I know this because I've been through a lot when it comes to financially.

  • I mean, I went from nothing a 200,000 before.

  • I was aged 25 while I worked at a convenience store.

  • I also lost $75,000 on margin.

  • I also had the worst stock of my life, which was a stock called Go Pro.

  • I lost 40,000 dollars on that stock is neither Say, I've seen money comin, have seen money go.

  • I've had a lot of success and I had some failures and it's just what happens, OK, I'm also seeing guys spent a few hours doing a YouTube video last year and that one video ended up making me almost $50,000 in less than a year.

  • Almost the same guy that in the public count where every single trade is documented, we're up over $117,000 in paper profits.

  • And we've already booked nearly $37,000 in profits in 2019. 00:02:56.800 --> 00:03:2.850 And so money comes money goes like if you're in business, you're investing like you just have to accept that, and sometimes you're gonna screw up. 00:03:2.950 --> 00:03:4.590 Sometimes you're gonna make mistakes. 00:03:4.590 --> 00:03:5.810 Sometimes you're gonna get too greedy. 00:03:5.810 --> 00:03:7.060 Depends on the situation. 00:03:7.070 --> 00:03:9.050 And sometimes you just in view things right. 00:03:9.060 --> 00:03:10.620 And that's just is what it is like.

  • Like if you're, like, suicidal over money, like literally, if it's going bad or going too good for you and you get too emotional of it, you don't belong in this game.

  • This is not a game for everybody out there.

  • I promise you, if you get too emotional where you get that dramatic over things you know around money, this just isn't a game for you.

  • Because I promise you in business and investing.

  • Some things are gonna go bad.

  • You're gonna make some big mistakes.

  • You're gonna make some screw ups, and at the end of the day, you just gotta brush it off.

  • You gotta You gotta move on.

  • It is what it is.

  • Okay, That's the bottom line.

  • They're now A lot of people are wondering.

  • Well, is this gonna be it for test of stock?

  • It hit this magical for 20.

  • Number is now We're going to go down, down, down, down, down.

  • That's where a lot of people are wondering now, at least shareholders that I bought in, you know, earlier this year when it was in the low to hundreds or maybe the high hundreds, and they've kind of track the stock for a while. 00:03:59.090 --> 00:04:0.750 Like man, I've doubled my money. 00:04:0.870 --> 00:04:4.210 Made 70% of the money, 80% just depends on where they bought at. 00:04:4.220 --> 00:04:5.550 And they're seeing the stock go up so much. 00:04:5.550 --> 00:04:7.370 And they remember what happened. 00:04:7.380 --> 00:04:10.510 Essentially last late winter into springtime.

  • One ended up happening.

  • Tough stock was like $325 a share somewhere around there, you know, entering 2019 and over the course of next five or six months of stock falls below $200.

  • So people are wondering, OK, it's been on a crazy run.

  • Maybe the same exact thing is gonna happen again this year where basically because in last year, did it did a huge run.

  • Okay, October, November December markets got really weak.

  • Mark's got really rough.

  • Tessa stock was going up and up and up, and then and then as soon as January hit, the whole market started tax.

  • You do really well and test the stock started to really bad.

  • And so some folks are wondering, Okay, is this about toe happen again?

  • And we're about to be tricked again.

  • Maybe I should just sell my shares now, and maybe this happens again.

  • Maybe re buy or something like that.

  • That's what some people are at least thinking or going through their heads out there.

  • And that's what some people have already done with the sock. 00:04:57.350 --> 00:05:5.010 They've already sold off a 3 83 70 3 94 $100 a share, probably some sold today, thinking they'll be able to buy, you know, in a few months from now. 00:05:5.010 --> 00:05:8.260 Maybe it goes down a 300 again or 200 something that so. 00:05:8.270 --> 00:05:10.150 But here's here's the different situation.

  • Okay, This year you have a lot more to look forward to.

  • The stock markets, always thinking about Lee.

  • What do we have to look forward to here and in touch?

  • This case, Obviously you got the Shanghai Gigafactory that's nearly fully Milt out in that factory is ramping right now.

  • If you think back to last year's, you went into the spring time and if you want the short term and Wall Street can get really caught up in the short term, sometimes with some of these stocks and thinking, you know everything so great, everything so bad.

  • And if you think back to the spring, it was like, OK, wintertime, they had record orders and then also they had a big drop off after the federal tax credit went down right in the US.

  • And when that happened, essentially, you gotta dry up in a lot of orders in the spring time in the late winter.

  • And so Wall Street it up, judging Tufts of super heavy on that in a lot of investors sold off the stock.

  • A lot of traders still have a sock.

  • Put a ton of selling crush on the stock. 00:05:58.750 --> 00:06:2.150 The next thing you know, a few months later, the stock was under $200 a share. 00:06:2.150 --> 00:06:5.430 Like it just kind of fell off a cliff in a matter of a snap of fingers. 00:06:5.440 --> 00:06:15.680 And so will the Wall Street really loves to look forward to something when it had nothing to look forward to, at least in the short term There, it just didn't like no excitement was around tough at the end of the day.

  • Unless you're somebody that was thinking about already, like 2020 2021 in future years past that.

  • But now we have the Shanghai Gigafactory ramp.

  • That should be into huge production starting in the spring time.

  • And so that should make the numbers really, really interesting into the spring into the summer.

  • Okay.

  • And you know what else is coming in the summertime model?

  • Why will go into production in the summer time.

  • So here we are.

  • We have two huge bullets.

  • Things just in the short term.

  • Okay, once again, we're not even worried about things that are coming in.

  • 2021 2022.

  • We're not gonna talk about cyber truck.

  • We're not gonna talk about robo taxis.

  • We're not talking about batteries.

  • We're not talking about the more more solar deployments in 2020 and 2021 were. 00:06:54.990 --> 00:07:4.870 Just think about the very, very short term, the 6 to 9 months, because that's what a lot of times Wall Street likes to look at what's going on for the next 6 to 9 months, especially in a moment, Um, heavy name, like NASA. 00:07:4.940 --> 00:07:16.090 And if you're just looking at the next six time months, it's really, really exciting because of the Shanghai Gigafactory ramping and continue to ramp throughout the springtime in the summer and then model Why comes directly after that?

  • Plus, you have a lot of different software things test is doing now.

  • Just over the weekend, it got leaked that essentially Tesla now has the ability to raise your 0 to 60 time by 1/2 a second.

  • Okay, by half.

  • Second for $2000 upgrade.

  • So a lot of people that have model threes to thinking maybe I want to go ahead and do that and maybe work 2000 and these type of things that it costs a lot of upfront research and development dollars to develop something like that.

  • A software package.

  • But it's really essentially free after you've already developed it for testing.

  • So it's none of that is gonna go down the bottom line.

  • It's over the next year to look for a lot more things like that to come down the line for Tessa.

  • And that's gonna benefit, obviously the bottom line of tests in a massive, massive way over future years. 00:07:57.790 --> 00:08:0.570 Okay, now this is all one thing that really scares me. 00:08:0.570 --> 00:08:6.020 At least if you're thinking about, like the short term the stock price of those sorts of things, there's kind of only one thing that really scares me. 00:08:6.160 --> 00:08:14.030 And that is, you know, basically last week on financial education to I put out this video, it's called Is it too late to buy tests of stock when it was $380?

  • Now has jumped another 30 $40 since then, and that was just in a week's time.

  • But essentially I did that video because I was getting so many questions from folks asking, Is it too late to buy tests of stock now?

  • It has gone up.

  • So much has gone up so fast, like this was a stock, you know, we were buying just, I don't know, probably six months ago or so for low to hundreds, if not below $200 a share.

  • Now some people are looking at this and the like.

  • It's over 400 now.

  • Is it too late to buy testing?

  • So what kind of does scare me about this?

  • As I'm seeing a lot of people that aren't even, like, true like tests of believers, they don't even really necessarily believe in test in a big way.

  • But they're starting to jump on the being wagon just because they look at it as a profit making opportunity because they see this stock going up almost day after day after day.

  • They see the test of charges going the moon, and now they're starting to jump on him. 00:08:59.660 --> 00:09:3.850 We're seeing this time and time again with a lot of folks who aren't really tested believers. 00:09:3.940 --> 00:09:7.880 But they see this as just like a dollar opportunity in short term dealing. 00:09:7.880 --> 00:09:9.640 Maybe I could write this up to $500. 00:09:9.640 --> 00:09:13.000 Maybe it goes to $600 then maybe I could sell and make a quick profit.

  • That scares me a bit because those are going to be the people that ultimately, if the stock starts to have some volatility and starts going down short term, those will definitely be the ones that sell out.

  • It'll put more selling pressure on the stock.

  • The more selling pressure of stock room or selling pressure creates in the more the Wall Street algorithm.

  • Start saying, Let's sell the stock even heavier and heavier and heavier and things like that, so we'll have to see all that shakes out.

  • But I definitely don't like the fact that I'm seeing people who aren't even necessarily that super bullish about Tessa stock and don't even really believe in it the way a lot of us believe in it for the long term.

  • I hate seeing a lot of them starting to get in on this because I could just see that a lot of these individuals don't even really necessarily believe in tough on. 00:09:52.050 --> 00:10:2.910 A lot of these people talk crap about Tessa for a long time, but now they see Tessa Stock going up, going up in there like maybe I want to try to get in on this profit, too. 00:10:2.920 --> 00:10:4.720 And that's kind of what frustrates me here. 00:10:4.720 --> 00:10:17.190 But at the same time, I respect if it's people getting in that really believe in the long term opportunity for tests on the fact that they could maybe sell millions of cars a year in the fact that they have an autonomous taxi network and things like that.

  • If they really believe that they're really like a true bull, I call it I respect that.

  • And I more than welcome them with open arms, the test, a family, whether they wouldn't buy it, you know, $400 a share, 305 100 doesn't matter.

  • I welcome those type of people, but the people that scare me are these individuals out there, that man, they are not really about the mission.

  • They're not really true believers of this company, and but they're jumping in it because I think they can make quick money here in that I'm definitely not a fan of II.

  • Enjoy testes stock have probably even more when it was 200 you had only the truest of true believers.

  • Rather than now it's over 400.

  • Also on all these people are starting to come in there like, Hey, what's going on over here?

  • With test A Stark should be buying that too. 00:10:58.780 --> 00:11:2.440 Maybe I'm gonna put $5 dollars in that star because look at the way it's going up. 00:11:2.450 --> 00:11:4.240 Those type of people I don't like. 00:11:4.240 --> 00:11:8.310 Okay, like Chief Keef said, All right, Thank you for watching and have a great day.

We remember that number that 4 20 number, by the way.
