  • Training.

  • I wear the triumph of mirage.

  • So good mix of shoes.

  • Really, I like to keep it fresh in the mix around seven weeks out now, and I want to get myself a good, good, hot, drawn out seven weeks.

  • So if it's perfectly, really just hopefully the next seven weeks ago to plan.

  • So hopefully the next five weeks, I look to sharpen up a little bit more speed work than I've been doing.

  • Just really try and freshen up, but keeps up in terms of the buildup.

  • I would not do too much in the buildup.

  • I think I've fallen foul of that part of doing too much training going into the market to fit.

  • So, like, now, I don't want to be as fit as I'm gonna be on race day.

  • But yet just just don't worry about it.

  • Try and relax and enjoy it.

  • The worst thing you could do is go to start line, anxious, panicking and using what nervous energy Let it go to waste.

  • Try and enjoy it as much you can and try and get 20 miles feeling good, which is something I'm quite yet done.

  • I do tentative that three hours before I've tried different things that tried it in closer, and it's not worth trying to further away and be hungry so your three hours out for me is perfect, and then I might, if I'm still hungry, have an energy bar like now before, but that's pretty much it.

  • Don't try no ovary.

  • Breakfast is always a temptation to stuff yourself for around 26 miles, but just enough that Sonoma rotate.

  • So I suppose, embracing something full out, which isn't a marathon, I would tend to do a two mile warm up, which is just an easy job for May.

  • So probably free free or four minutes slower than race pace by mile on and then do some jewels and strides today.

  • I did a bit longer because it uses American type run So I did 25 minutes.

  • Warm up.

  • It can be quite flexible, so I can often away a bit early if I need Thio.

  • But you tend to wake up half six black for an easy running, and then we get done around 56 o'clock in the evening.

  • I suppose.

  • What what's a bit tougher is seven days.

  • So I had troubles or 60 70 mile up the road on a Tuesday night.

  • Then don't go home 10 o'clock, which is quite tough.

  • But, um, yeah, it's just about get it, done it getting those good eight weeks solid build up.
