When I first met him and his 23 24 ish, it's hard to believe it is the same young man, still young by my terms.

When he came down to visit me And, uh, in 2003 when I said you could buy me breakfast and, uh, I don't really think it was gonna come because it was coming from Canada.

But he showed up and they weigh, spent a couple hours talking, and that was the beginning of a relationship 16 years ago.

And I continue to make me proud.

And the it's remarkable came in about 10 years ago, more or less and now back to our corners with his lovely wife on, uh, the, uh and it's great.

It's great insurance for the kids, kids being seminar attendees to see somebody that I had interface with experience with for 15 years, and, uh, it would be this good a story if you want a successful way.

Doing this would be the whole shape way be having this fucking video right now.

But he hasn't successful, and I had the honor of speaking in front of a group in about two weeks, two weeks and where I'm gonna beat him like a rented mule.

I mean, choking with little kids pound on him to get more out of me because, you know, the they ought to be a seven figure tickets, seven figure ticket kids and the already said his materials great, excellent is at the top of his game, but he's gonna make it better.

He's not even make it better.

And, uh, the and he's gonna continue because heart high performance people are all they could be of all the time.

High performance, high performance people are all they could be.

Everything in their life, not just in a great product and service is that it provides for the kids in the I can't tell you how often I h high ticket closer.

You call yourself okay because they come out of his stable and a number of kids and the he's improved.

You know, arguably millions lives where they can provide themselves more money, more money to support their families, et cetera, and mattress in Canada all over the damn world in all the teasing that they're already with the nomination.

Breaks and ah, new machine in any minute with the walled garden up there is to it to Hector's.

That's four and 1/2 acres.

Uh, the grounds or 100 six acres on the golf course and a nine hole golf course, which is on both sides these days with a lock, which is lake, which and we have royal swans.

I don't own this one.

A lot of queen owned.

That's her property on, uh, the quite defined that you somehow killed Franz would never kill him.

Currently, we have two adults wands, and we have four signals.

We have four babies and with your your your suite overlooking the lock with wants and it's, uh, it's manicured.

As you know, the state's manicured, Uh, most of my neighbors, uh uh, not only way live in all the rooms in the castle, whereas most of my neighbors live in a portion of the castle does have its walls off because the heating in text expense.

You don't need air conditioning in here, that's for sure.

But in most of the lawns aren't cut manager.

And of course, we have the entire state of floodlit with the lights around the state, and the roads are tarmac.

And it didn't used to be that way.

No, no, it was, uh, a combination of gravel and dirt, and, uh, it's it's a beautiful place and wearing.

You don't even have time to drive.

Now, I know that I don't have time, Dr.

I'm driven 25 years and way have a driver, lady driver, Roy's with Rose, the defensively or what?

She drives me in and then soundly drives the s and Martin and the Ferrari.

But I can't even fit the Ferrari.

Uh, yeah, yeah, yeah, but sounds like to drive roll with queen extended wheelbase.

But I don't drive anymore.

And we used to back in the day when I had a helicopter, we used to land a helicopter right here.

I think I saw it in the old being.

No video, correct, withheld, used to take me Thio Edinburgh Airport and I land about 50 or 60 70 yards from the plane.

Then I'd walk onto the British air jet, which is normally the airlines and I normally use Yeah, most time we sold off our other, uh, the state's gonna place it way had a place overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Rolling Hills, California way had a place, Um, actually two places in London way had a place in Monte Carlo, but it's become official now with tourists.

Tourists way got rid of all those over the last five or 10 years.

So the only home we have now is, uh and we celebrated last year our 450th anniversary of the castle.

And, um, James, third of Scotland gave Sir John Guthrie in 14 68 acres, about two million acres, plus the right to build a home here.

Different parts of the castle live grown over the years.

The newest part of the castle was in the late 18 hundreds, 18 98 95 which is at the end there.

And then there was some parts in the 17 hundreds, and then it was joined in the middle 18 hundreds.

It was joined, and you could see the difference in stonework.

And it's 55,000 square feet.

You live in all of it on the, uh, and of course you have.

You ever become famous on video?

Yeah, he's a famous butler on television, and we're expecting a program to come out on BBC and and the thing where I spend most of time, it's, you know, It's fortunate that at my age I just turned 74.

In my age, I'm still active.

I'm still very healthy and I'm you know, I'm in demand and so the So.

I'm fortunate and blessed in that my career last darn long, a lot longer than I ever thought.

I think it's so nice because I know you you were teaching and then you retire teaching back before the correct nothing.

But this time I think when I when I came the first time, it was, I think with full guys with me, five guys in total, correct right and now you have 2024 you're doing more events, which I think it is.

It's off and I think there's someone coming here that first of all, it's a bitch trying to get you that not easy.

That's an effort, right?

There's a good defense test for a lot of people and its second thing is the environment.

Unless you're here, you don't really know no experience.

Remember back then 10 years ago, like coming here, the biggest thing for me, I got out of it.

It's expanding the context off what I believe with possible when I saw what was living with my mom and one in Vancouver.

When I saw this, it was such a contract.

And I believe it's one thing to say You believe it's a whole lot of things to see this.

Well, I've seen your your new home, and it's quite spectacular.

And the And I'm sure when the kids come and see that they're blown away, you can't be not blown away.

Um, and, uh, the where the next level is Ah, big chateau someplace or big, you know, someplace.

And, uh uh, but I mean, you're never goingto do are overdue are, uh go over your wildest expectations and the most more wild, the expectation, the better.

And so the kids, the kids follow you and it gets Follow me.

They have to dream bigger.

I have to think bigger.

You've heard that some of the weapon are Some of the students say that one of the best things of greatest things are the most advantageous thing they got got from experience here and experience with me is that they think bigger And, you know, guys, we're gonna do $10 million deals now, do $100 million deals because they were doing $100 million deals and not doing $1,000,000,000 deals.

And the It's not the similar to my own thought process When I you know, when I when I, uh, realized and I flipped my ideas Thio bill.

Really?

Uh, well, generational wealth.

And that's what the kids have done.

And unfortunately, you know, I'm at $775 billion in generational wealth Now with the kids, uh, not dissimilar to yourself on.

It's quite an honor to have done that.

But it's not for everybody, as you well know, You know?

I mean, not everybody wants to make it sacrifices, Dan.

What would be your challenge?

Expectations of me seeing that from points on my years old.

You're still a kid yet, anyway, but sure, sure.

What would be your Well, I mean, the, uh, you've got a great place where you live, but, I mean, there's places 100 times bigger.

Okay, you made quite a bit of money, but, uh, the I feel porter.

Yeah, I mean, kids don't understand how much it costs to be rich expenses that are associated with being rich.

Okay, um, the, um you mentioned, you know, 100 grand to keep this place going.

But, I mean, for yourself, I mean, to get a wider footprint, expand, expand beyond the shores of North America.

Thio.

You know, we talked about, uh, high ticket closing, uh, certificates where they're like an MBA, or they're, like, you know, some sort of college degree or some sort of diploma accreditation.

That's the word I was looking for.

And I mean, that's all possible.

I mean, that's all possible, and so far you've done a fabulous.

But I mean, you got another I know 10 20 or more years that you can do this.

And look what you've accomplished just in the last 10 years.

I mean, and you could do multiples of that.

And I would expect multiples of that and the best of the high performance kids that I've had the privilege of coaching, and you're obviously one of them.

I mean, you just scratch the surface.

You've just scratched the surface, you know, and I say you touch a 1,000,000,000 lives.

And not only will you become a 1,000,000,000 there, but you'll change the fabric of the D N A of the planet.

And you know you can touch a 1,000,000,000 lives because there's certainly a 1,000,000,000 people that need more income, for sure.

I mean, it's probably six billion people on the planet, so I mean, you're universes is so large, and, you know, it really depends on if you get tired.

It really depends.

Assume your health is going to stay good.

Uh, and but that those aside, Yeah, it's easy to get complacent.

You know, it's it's easy to say.

Well, shit, I don't need any more money.

Why do this?

But I haven't seen that.

And I don't think that's gonna happen.

In fact, I know it's not gonna happen.

The fact that you've come here now after these years and you're gay Yeah, and refreshing.

And, uh, yeah, And right now there's so much money interest rate, your 5000 year low.

There's so much money available on the planet.

All you gotta do is go out and get it.
