  • This time I came over like a month and 1/2 ago that I had to go back home to get my work after staying down for 10 days.

  • And then I came back.

  • If I could If I didn't have to wait, I would do this 10 times.

  • The man I love fighting always good.

  • Just got a little besides downstairs.

  • You know, biggest, biggest car.

  • Get excited.

  • So whenever you cross time, so so each other we across you need to stay in that location where you're fighting.

  • We're tryingto actor mate for at least one day so and I'm staying here for two weeks.

  • It's nine hours difference from Denmark to Vegas, so that should be all the time we need.

  • I got here last night.

  • I wouldn't be able to relax and settle in and acclamation before we got to start doing all like checking in photos and media and all that shit.

  • And I don't want to get here and, like, you know, be frantic about anything, you know?

  • So I want to be able to take my time.

  • Like today.

  • I got to sleep in, never get to see been, you know?

  • So I just I didn't even alarm I slept in.

  • And that's kind of my concept of being here.

  • Really, You know, it is good.

  • We just got married.

  • No, honey food because of the fight.

  • So I gotta take care of some business this week and then possible honeymoon after.

  • Fine.

  • That's it.

  • Everyone's like, Are you nervous?

  • You know, you have a lot more excited because it's an opportunity.

  • Meat for me.

  • Really Show what I'm about the most people possible will watch me this weekend and be able to kind of get a glimpse of ah o r e m o r.

  • Ever see if you're okay with that?

  • You said you were.

  • Look, I'm perfectly fine with watching someone make food and teach me how to make food.

  • I'm not okay with somebody much in my brain with that garbage they call food.

  • What a heater.

  • Just doing, like a short, uh, short circuit, you know, really short circuit, the wrong machine on the weights, but not anything.

  • You know, you know, this is just gonna be really short intensive just to get his heart rate up.

  • It's something that from way back at him when he was had, uh, wrestling career was doing similar program at the end of the week.

  • So just to get his heartbreak problem could get the old going.

  • And then tomorrow we'll do more specific stuff a lot, Okay?

  • Since his fight in Florida was the first, and then I think I went with him every every fight since.

  • Funny.

  • What if I was, uh, flight in Florida?

  • Yeah.

  • Since that fight, I use pretty much the same methods getting, you know, getting ready for a fight than I did when I was getting ready for the Olympics.

  • So I Taper, Taper down Pretty much the same, though.

  • I'm I'm lower.

  • I have to wait lists in Enemy This lightweight.

  • I competed in around 1 65 now 1 55 so I have to have to cut more.

  • But overall, it's pretty.

  • Pretty much similar.

  • No, it's all up here.

  • The body is It's ready, man.

  • We put in a lot of work doing five week fight camp.

  • Now it's fight week now.

  • We just gotta get ready.

  • He's very calm.

  • It's I think it's my favorite time because we just get away from everything it's all about.

  • Just things aren't chaotic, like it normally is back.

  • That's great.

  • I like it.

  • Uh, morning, Waas, Uh, 10 rounds of the world.

  • Yes, Thank you.

  • Afternoon Training Street.

  • Muscle Street hand.

  • Well, you sure tell what a short I mean the shooting don't have to.

  • You don't need that.

  • I should know that Duncan Konda Reddy and not you Trump brothers where you might so it didn't hand how you have been a treat him like that Had?

  • Sure.

  • Go on about.

  • I actually believe a lot off.

  • What's going on in the fighter is mentally.

  • So at this point in my table period, I use a lot of energy and just, you know, getting ready mentally.

  • I mean, it doesn't matter how good you are their entire fight camp has been.

  • If you're not able to perform when the arts gone, closes and refuse saying fight and it's all been for nothing, it's really about being able to perform at your best when it matters the most.

  • And that's when you step into the octagon, you know, been been the UFC.

  • Now I think six years I have 16 vices.

  • My 17th.

  • I've been around the game for a while.

  • Been doing, um, A since I was 29 30 now for 10 years, and I feel like I'm just hitting my peak.

  • I'm just getting better all the time.

  • Um, and I think that has to do a lot with not just me, because I'm not the smartest guy and I'm stubborn, and, um, I do a lot of things wrong.

  • My wife's over there laughing as I say this.

  • I'll never admit it to her, though, Um, but my coaches, you know, my coaches sit me down, be like Okay, let's let's do this.

  • Let's go this direction.

  • It's been a lot of time talking to them.

  • Another person is.

  • My pastors talked to him a lot.

  • You know, people talk about like, uh, life coaches or mental coaches or whatever.

  • I don't have one of those, but I have a good pastor.

  • I have a good pastor or somebody I speak to all the time.

  • And as long as my relationship with Lord is good, my fight fight is good.

  • My my life with my wife, my life in the gym and every aspect of my life is good.

  • So I think that's been one of the things that's really helped me just to stay in the game for so long because it's so easy to burn out, Man, It's so easy to burn down in this game.

  • It's the highest of the highs and lows of blows, and I know people say that all the time.

  • It's cliche, but it's so true, you could be on like a 56 fight winning streak.

  • You lose one fighter you have won by fighting, and people are like this guy is no good he's done.

  • He's a bomb.

  • But, you know, if you fight for people, that's what you're going to get.

  • So you gotta find something mortified for a higher crown, a better crown.
