  • -We have to talk about "The Good Place,"

  • because we're all fans of you from that show.

  • And I love -- I know Mike Schur from years back,

  • "Weekend Update" days.

  • -You know, before that, I did your job.

  • I was a host. -No.

  • -Yeah. I was the live-TV host. -I did not know this.

  • -Yeah. -On live TV.

  • -Yeah. -Did anything ever go wrong?

  • -All the time.

  • -Did anyone ever pull anything out of their bum?

  • -Yeah. One time, I misjudged the size of my bum

  • and how big my dress was.

  • And I was interviewing Daniel Craig and two bond girls,

  • who are the sexiest women alive, literally.

  • And as I was bending over to take my seat to interview them,

  • my -- The dress exploded open at the back.

  • Like, exploded. Everything out.

  • Wasn't wearing knickers.

  • Don't know why I didn't wear knickers that day.

  • So, like, my bottom is fully exposed to --

  • And I know this because the cameraman

  • behind me just went... [ Gasps ]

  • -Why was he behind you?

  • -Yeah, because he was filming Daniel Craig, wasn't he?

  • So I'm there and I'm now fully exposed.

  • My dress -- What was once a dress

  • is now just an apron, and I have to keep going

  • with the interview.

  • So I have to sit down, and I feel the cold leather

  • hit my buttocks, and I have to carry on this

  • five-minute interview with absolutely no dignity left.

  • And at the end of the interview, everyone feels

  • so sorry for me because they heard it, like, pop open.

  • I stand up and I look down and I see my sweaty bum-cheek marks

  • left on the leather chair.

  • And I just sort of looked down at them

  • and decide to get out as fast as I can

  • and to basically moon-walk out of the room.

  • -Oh, my God. You just walked backwards.

  • -I don't want to end up on the sex-offenders register,

  • so yeah.

  • Yeah, I find live very unsettling.

  • -And, no, that's why I invited you here.

  • -But I've had a much nicer time on "The Good Place."

  • It's pre-recorded. It's wonderful.

  • And Season 4 is out tomorrow, and it's the final season.

  • -We're finally excited to do this.

  • -Yeah. It's really exciting. -It's such a clever show.

  • And you were saying, at the end, there is a mic-drop moment

  • of a cameo or --

  • -Oh, yeah. We have the cameo of all cameos.

  • You are not going to believe it.

  • They exist from within the NBC family,

  • but that's all I'm going to say.

  • But it was the most nerdy and competition-winner-esque

  • I have ever behaved in my entire life.

  • I can never see that person ever again.

  • But you're going to love the ending of this show,

  • 'cause it's really sad to say goodbye to a show

  • that people love,

  • and Mike Schur ended it in the most perfect way possible.

  • And you're going to cry so much.

  • -Yeah. Good.

  • We laugh so much, so why not cry a little bit?

  • I love a good show. I love a good cry. I do.

  • I always love that.

  • It's a good little roller coaster.

  • -Yeah.

  • -I also like, on the show,

  • if you try to curse, it stops you from cursing.

  • -Yeah.

  • -So if you try to say the F-word, you say "fork."

  • -Yeah.

  • -What I thought maybe could be kind of fun tonight --

  • if maybe you can try to --

  • Again, after seeing this, we might be in trouble,

  • but maybe try to riff on something

  • that really gets under your skin.

  • -Okay. -Could you try that?

  • -Yeah. -Okay.

  • -Okay. -Go.

  • -You know, English people only communicate in swearing,

  • so this is just hell.

  • -I know. -Okay.

  • -Alright. I don't know why we're doing this.

  • Alright, good.

  • I'm gonna see if I can get a 7-second delay.

  • I'm going to bleep you if I hear something.

  • Alright, go. What gets under your skin?

  • What bothers you? -So many things.

  • The thing I think that bothers me the most

  • are people who talk at concerts and at speaking events

  • that you pay money to go to.

  • -Well, yeah. -Yeah, fork those people.

  • Fork those people to hell. Those animals.

  • Go back to the zoo in which you belong and soak my deck.

  • I screamed -- I did say "soak my deck," by the way.

  • -Yeah, you did. Yes. That's just dangerously close.

  • -I shouted at people today. -You did?

  • -Onstage, yeah.

  • I spoke at the UN. Don't worry about it.

  • -No biggie. -I did.

  • And I shouted at, like, diplomats and world leaders

  • at the back who were talking over the amazing women

  • who were being celebrated onstage.

  • So I really don't like it. -Yeah, what's wrong with people?

  • -That's a real problem. Yeah. -Good for you.

  • -Forking shirt-bag. -Yeah.

  • -Ash-holes. -Thank you.

  • Alright, I think you're allowed to say all of those things.

  • Alright, good. Whew!

  • I want to show a clip before we get thrown off the air.

  • This is Jameela Jamil in Season 4 of "The Good Place."

  • Take a look at this.

  • -Tahani, so -- so smart and sophisticated.

  • -She was the only one who was able

  • to talk me out of that goatee.

  • -Well, I lost that battle with Robert Downey Jr.,

  • and I'll be damned if I lose it with you.

  • -We have Janet, who can do literally anything.

  • She made all the other people in the neighborhood.

  • -Not people.

  • -We have me, who had a momentary setback,

  • but I'm feeling great now.

  • And that was a while ago.

  • Most of you don't even remember it...probably.

  • We have Jason, who can...

  • -We're not doing anything. -Jameela Jamil, everybody!

  • The final season of "The Good Place"

  • premieres tomorrow night at 9:00 p.m. on NBC.

-We have to talk about "The Good Place,"
