Brenberg: A lot of people think that inequality is the biggest

problem in our economy and if we could just fix inequality,

then the world would be a better place.

I have to tell you, they're missing the boat here,

and the reason is that you're never going to create

total equality in an economy when you have a diverse group

of people in that economy. We're all different.

We all have different skills. We all have different talents.

We're all trying to get to the same place. We all want

to prosper. We want to serve each other. We want to

create value. The way we're going to do that is not by

trying to make us all equal. It is by unleashing our talents.

That's the beauty of a free market.

It gives people the opportunity to participate

in the economy in ways that make sense for them.

If we want to create prosperity over the long term, it's not

about making people equal, it's about loving diversity

and unleashing the diversity of talents that we have.

If we can do that, then, indeed, we'll see

widespread prosperity in a free-market economy.
